3 SUGARCRM - QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION Biztech Consultancy provides effective solution with service for the integration of SugarCRM and QuickBooks. Our solution for Integration between QuickBooks and SugarCRM allows your accounting and sales teams to have a complete overview of your business customer critical accounting data from your SugarCRM system. 1. Biztech Solution - We have developed a Cloud-based SaaS Solution for SugarCRM-QuickBooks Integration as two way process. We can integrate data from SugarCRM to QuickBooks and vice versa. - Our Integration covers three modules. We can further do customizations to add in more Modules. Customer Product Invoice - Our Integration uses: To receive data from QuickBooks, we used the freely available Web Connector for the QuickBooks. We have developed Custom SugarCRM Plugin which needs to be installed in your SugarCRM copy. 4 We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway which runs on our Server. It receives data from SugarCRM & QuickBooks and passes it to the other system. When Integration starts, we first transfer Data from QuickBooks to SugarCRM & then from SugarCRM to QuickBooks. Our Gateway uses central DB which stores all the data Temporary so in case if other system is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up. - The below table shows the linkage of modules, that can be considered. 5 3. Biztech Integration Gateway - Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI which gives up to date information on what data has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the Sections: 3.1 Dashboard Our solution allows Admin to Login within the integration gateway and access to dashboard. 6 3.2 Customer Module Complete portfolio of your customer with their specific accounts details is integrated in SugarCRM User can view customer profile with details synced. All activity in QB gets directly reflected in SugarCRM, like First Name, Last Name, Company, Contact No, , Fax, open balance, Credit Limit, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Account Number, VAT Registration Number, Terms etc. in sync process. 7 3.3 Product Module It offers a complete overview of the accounting/sales and inventory details of any product of specific customer. We have used customized module of CRM with basic details like Item Name, Manufacturer s Part Number, Item Status, UOM, Cost, Sales price, Purchase VAT Code, Sales VAT Code, On Hand (Quantity), COGS Account, Income Account etc. in sync process. sales@biztechconsultancy.com Page 7

8 3.4 Invoice Module A complete picture of sales and invoice details. It reflects customer name, open balance, contact details, addresses etc. We have used customized module in CRM for Invoice and Invoice lines. If product of Invoice Line exists in CRM, then Invoice Line will be sync. For Invoice Module, we have used basic details like Invoice No. Customer, Customer Message, Ship date, Due date, FOB, P.O Number, Terms, Items, rate, Qty, Amount, Total VAT etc. in sync process. 4.
