6 New Product Packages Due to the high amount of features that are now available within the application and to cater for a growing diversity of entity management, compliance and governance needs, as well as business types, we have decided to group our product offer into three main packages: Standard Package Professional Package Enterprise Package

7 Standard Package: Features and Data Download Specifically designed to facilitate your data entry process and ensure the accuracy of your data. Allows you to import data from Companies House s/asic s records into the application Very beneficial for clients dealing with larger sets of data, as it prevents Users from having to add the data manually into the application.

8 Standard Package: Features and Data Download Ensures the data stored within the application matches the information held by Companies House/ASIC. Can also be used to report on the data within the application and compare it to the one held in public records, to ensure it matches the information held by Companies House/ASIC. Can be used to download previously filed forms (e.g. appointment and resignation forms, accounts, confirmation statements, etc.) within the application.

9 Standard Package: Features and Global Statutory Forms & Jurisdiction Automatic production of statutory forms and/or other documents (e.g. minutes, letters, shareholder resolutions, etc.) for a multitude of jurisdictions and company types. Can produce forms and/or other documents for: United Kingdom, Ireland, Cayman Islands, Malaysia, South Africa, United States, Russia, Nigeria, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Malta, Sri Lanka, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, Canada, Australia, Barbados, Netherlands, Luxembourg.

10 Standard Package: Features and Electronic Filing Allows you to file forms electronically to Companies House in the UK, to the Companies Registration Office in Ireland, to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and/or to the State of Delaware. Forms are digitally signed Irish clients can use their ROS Certificates to sign on forms.

11 Standard Package: Features and Electronic Filing Saves time as documents must no longer be sent to the relevant signatories and then posted to Companies House, the CRO, etc. Saves money as the prices for electronically filing forms are usually lower compared to prices for paper filing.

12 Standard Package: Features and Unlimited Electronic Incorporations Allows clients to incorporate (an unlimited amount of) companies electronically with Companies House in the UK or the Companies Registration Office in Ireland. Incorporation forms are automatically produced based on the data added within the application, digitally signed (UK Incorporations only) and electronically submitted to the relevant institution Following the company registration, Certificates of Incorporation are automatically imported within the application (UK Incorporations) or sent by (Irish Incorporations).

13 Standard Package: Features and Unlimited Electronic Incorporations Saves time as documents must no longer be posted. Saves money as the prices for electronically filing forms are usually lower compared to prices for paper filing.

14 ActivePDF Standard Package: Features and A PDF, server-based tool, enabling the creation, modification, conversion and viewing of PDF files. It ensures that every time a form is generated, it is automatically converted to PDF. PDF Converters (BoardPad only feature) Ensures all non-pdf documents are automatically converted to PDF format when downloaded to the device.

15 Standard Package: Features and AutoReminder Allows you to configure automatic notifications and alerts for tasks such as impending compliance dates or important reminders. Ensures you never miss an important compliance event Gives you complete control of your corporate data Alerts can be configured by Diligent, upon installing the tool but also by Individual Users.

16 Standard Package: Features and AutoReminder Type of alerts configured by Diligent upon installing Auto Reminder: alerts on Compliance Events being due or overdue, alerts on Data Library Reminders, alerts on Pending Events, Assigned To alerts, etc.

20 Standard Package: Features and Data Library Works as a comprehensive filing cabinet Used to store documentation, as well as additional information on your Companies, Individuals and Other Entities. Within the filing cabinet there are multiple folders or tabs allowing the User to categorise the information stored here. Extra details can be added for imported documents which facilitates searching, filtering and reporting.

21 Standard Package: Features and Data Library Can be easily customised by Users with the relevant permissions. Security can be applied to restrict access to Data Libraries and fields.

22 Standard Package: Features and ChartIt Viewer Enables you to view your Blueprint Group Structures in an org chart format Group Structures are automatically open with ChartIt, without the need to manually export them and import them into ChartIt. Custom views can be created to accommodate various users like Legal and Tax Charts can be automatically updated as new information is added to Blueprint Charts can then be printed or exported to other formats such as PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

25 Professional Package: Features and All the features and benefits of the Standard Package Data Exchange Manager A fully customizable tool that enables Clients to exchange and synchronise data to and from Blueprint to other applications within the Client s organization. Provides a connection between Blueprint and legal, HR, tax, and other third party systems. Can be used for creating, updating and exporting data.

26 Professional Package: Features and Data Exchange Manager Each data transfer gets logged into the Blueprint Audit Trail, including key events and any possible errors or issues. Data feeds can be set to run manually or automated on a set schedule. Saves time as the transfer is completely automated. Ensures data consistency and accuracy.

27 Professional Package: Features and Rollover Manager Works mainly with Data Libraries Some Data Libraries are needed on a repetitive basis such as annually or quarterly To fulfil this need, the Data Libraries that are required to be repetitive can be rolled forward by using the Rollover Manager feature. This will create copies of your Data Library records whilst also updating the date fields created for that specific Data Library Type.

28 Professional Package: Features and Rollover Manager Users are able to determine which Data Libraries are eligible for the rollover process and control what content, within the record, will be migrated to the next year s record.

29 Professional Package: Features and Review Manager Streamlines the process of checking your Blueprint data Enables you to create a single authoritative source for obtaining the latest entity data, delegating the responsibility to those who know the information and making users accountable for the data they are required to maintain.

30 Professional Package: Features and Review Manager Run centrally by an assigned administrator Ensures that the policies and internal governance rules are being adhered to by providing regular reviews and validations of all entity information. Sends automated, customisable alerts to notify reviewers to verify the data and check accuracy. Custom rules can be created to show users what areas of Blueprint should be reviewed and validated. Keeps a transparent audit trail for users that are required to maintain specific data Provides confidence that entity data is accurate.

31 Professional Package: Features and Survey Manager Create surveys to improve workflow and accountability Enforce questions of your choice to your Blueprint OneWorld users to help maintain compliance for your organisation. Can be used in conjunction with the Review Manager tool to ensure requests to complete surveys are ed to the relevant users, ensure deadlines are met, etc. s can be customised with your own wording, logo, etc. Retains an auditable record of responses and exceptions so you have immediate access to reports and history in a transparent, easy to use administrative portal.

32 Professional Package: Features and Change Report Allows Users of Blueprint OneWorld to report on Entity changes that have occurred over a period of time. Can be used to look at changes to addresses, appointments, share certificates, company dissolutions and incorporations, amendments to company statuses, types and registration numbers, name changes, changes to shares and corporate relationships, data library changes, etc. Can even be customised to include customer selected events.

33 Professional Package: Features and Change Report Can be configured to look at Audit Dates (i.e. the actual date when the change was performed by the User), Event Dates (i.e. the dates entered within Wizards when bringing formal changes to the data) or both. Administrators can choose between using the existing, default reports or creating new ones.

34 Professional Package: Features and Change Trigger Works in conjunction with Change Report, but can also be linked to Review Manager and Workflow Engine/Change Manager. Will send automated s notifying the designated User about changes to their data (e.g. a short summary of the Entities that were captured as having had a change since the last notification) s can be customised.
