3 HAZARDOUS AREA INSPECTIONS We assist customers with the optimisation of their Ex asset performance, integrity and above all safety in delivering the following hazardous area inspection services: Design of Hazardous Areas in accordance with Australian Standards Development and implementation of Ex hazardous area inspection strategy Setting up documentation control to streamline the QA/QC and Inspection procedure. Providing competent and qualified personnel to perform the Initial Inspections Ex inspection of new and existing Ex equipment Compiling Ex registers and databases Certifying compliance with all Australian standards and regulations Reporting of current Ex inspection procedures and a gap analysis of current procedures Project management of Ex installation & maintenance projects Provision of CAD Drafting and as built drawings. Hazardous Area Inspections and compliance Audits Specialist Hazardous equipment calibration Assessment of Overseas sourced Equipment prior to delivery. Training site personnel in aspects of EEHA required for ongoing surveillance. Ongoing assistance and advice through Periodic inspections / audits.
