3 Automatic Tool Changer 5 Axis Simultaneous Machining Precise and Detailed Anatomy DWX-50 Milling Machine Whip Mix s Roland DWX-50 Dental Milling Machine is the result of more than 20 years of experience and ongoing development. The mill fits the needs of any size laboratory because it offers a compact design, clean, quiet operation, true precision machining and detailed anatomy. The DWX-50 streamlines the production process with simultaneous 4 or 5-axis machining capabilities and a 5-station automatic tool changer. The well-made and proven mill is also compact, easy to set-up and easy to use. An integrated air blower system aids the removal of materials such as PMMA and Zirconia, along with a built-in dust collection tray that can be easily connected to any independent highvelocity suction system. The 4 and 5-axis milling options feature customizable stock libraries with dynamic stock management. Re-use partially-milled discs with nesting control as the result of a predefined, optimized machining strategy library. Add to that collision control on the tools, and you ve got the easiest and most effective CAM software available. The BOFA DustPro Universal brushless dust collector has been developed for the safe and effective removal of particulates generated during the milling process. This powerful unit turns on and off with the Roland s spindle, generates a high velocity vacuum and is very quiet. Whip Mix s Cutting Tools, made specifically for the Roland Mill, is available in 4 sizes and three different varieties. Choose from a hard, long-lasting carbide tool or a gold-color coated tool for extra cutting life or cut your Vericore discs with a very long lasting diamond coated tool. Sizes include a 2.0mm for bulk reduction, 1.0mm for contouring, a 0.6mm for anatomical features and a special 0.3mm fine detail tool designed to make your restorations stand out from the crowd.

Vericore MILLING Discs Made with strength, beauty and stability in mind, Vericore milling discs are state-of-the-art materials that will satisfy you, your dentists and most importantly, the patient. From highly translucent zirconia made for monolithic full contour restorations or substructures, to burnout PMMA materials to wax, Whip Mix offers a wide variety of material varieties and sizes for multiple applications. All Vericore discs offer a diameter of 98mm and are available with and without collars in a variety of sizes from 10mm up to 25mm. Zirconia Whip Mix offers a wide variety of zirconia in high strength natural white and pre-shaded discs (in Vita Classic shades A1, A2 and A3) with a natural translucency. Use Vericore Zr for your substructures and Vericore Zr HT for your monolithic, high-translucency, full-contour needs. PMMA Clear is a sturdy see-through material that ensures positive seating and lets the technician clearly see the position of implant abutments, copings and cores underneath. PMMA Blue is ideal to use because it makes determining thicknesses easy. PMMA Ivory is a natural-looking pattern material. Vericore Wax A clean burnout wax that is suitable for casting or pressing techniques. Ideal for simple burn-out applications such as singles and small bridges, Vericore Wax is easy to trim and add wax to when you need to add a margin, cusp tip, contact or marginal ridge. Trims cleanly and doesn t soften when being milled.
