Prepaid: Airtel Amazon exclusive offer gives an extra benefit of 15GB 3G/4G data per recharge for 6 recharges (on 349 prepaid recharge) on purchase of Honor View 10. Postpaid: Airtel Amazon exclusive offer gives an extra benefit of 15GB 3G/4G data for 6 months on postpaid plan of Infinity 499 and above on purchase of Honor View 10. For list of applicable plans, see end of page. 2. Who all are eligible for this offer? This offer is available for all Airtel Prepaid and Postpaid (retail + COIP) customers. 3. How do I claim the offer? For prepaid customers: 1. Purchase an Honor View 10 handset 2. Download the My Airtel app on your newly purchased smartphone 3. Click on the Handset Bundled offer for you tile 4. Click on Activate now 5. Benefit will be given on the specified no. of recharges done after activating the offer For postpaid customers: 1. Purchase an Honor View 10 handset. 2. Download the My Airtel app 3. Select the eligible plan (if not already of the eligible plan) 4. Once the eligible plan is activated, click on the Handset Bundled offer for you tile 5. Click on Activate now 6. Offer will be provisioned within 48 hours 4. What do I do if I cannot see the offer on the app? In case you cannot see the offer on the app, please write to 121@in.airtel.com or call 121 from your Airtel mobile number. 5. What do I do in case I don t get the benefit? You may reach out to 121@in.airtel.com or call 121 from your Airtel mobile number. 6. What happens if I change my device in the middle of the benefit period? In case you put your SIM in another device during the benefit period, you will not be able to avail the free data. The free data can be used only on Honor View Till when can I claim the offer? You can claim the offer for upto 90 days after purchase of the handset. 8. Till when is this offer valid? This offer is valid till the 31 st of May 2018

2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID USERS: 1. This Airtel offer of extra 15 GB per month for 6 months on purchase of Honor View 10 ( Offer ) is being provided by Airtel to any customer who purchases Honor View 10 handsets on or after 1 st Dec, This Offer is valid only in India. 3. Under the Offer, an Airtel prepaid subscriber who purchases an Honor View 10shall be eligible to get extra 15 GB per month on 6 consecutive recharges. After activation process Customer can recharge with MRP 349*(may vary by circle) to claim the Offer. The price of recharge may vary with circles, for knowing details of MRPs in your circle please see end of page. 4. For availing the Offer, Airtel customers may follow the activation process as mentioned above with your Honor View Non Airtel customers may buy a new Airtel connection and for availing offer follow the activation process as mentioned above with their Honor View If the customer removes the SIM from the Honor View 10, the benefits under this Offer shall cease to exist. 7. This Offer is only valid on Honor View 10 handsets bought till May 31, 2018.

3 8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the market. 9. The Terms and Conditions of usage of Airtel services continue to be applicable to you as a subscriber of Airtel s network. 10. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer in the interim, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer. 11. Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Airtel regarding Airtel s services or its availability. Airtel s wireless telecommunication network is available on an as is where is available basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc. 12. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. This Airtel offer of extra 15 GB per month for 6 months on purchase of Honor View 10s ( Offer ) is being provided by Airtel to any customer who purchases Honor View 10 on or after on or after 1 st Dec, This Offer is valid only in India. 3. To avail the offer, the customer must be an active Airtel postpaid subscriber on an Airtel infinity plan of Rs. 499/- rental or above, and then follow the activation process as mentioned above with Amazon exclusive. 4. Non-Airtel customers may buy a new Airtel connection (on infinity 649 or above rental) and opt for the offer then follow the activation process as mentioned above with the Amazon exclusive. Under the Offer, an Airtel postpaid subscriber who purchases an Honor View 10 shall be eligible to get extra 15 GB per month for 6 consecutive months. 6. The unused data may be carried over from one month to the next with a maximum cap of 200GB.

4 7. The plan rentals are subject to change as per market dynamics and Airtel retains the sole right to change the rental/plan benefits without any prior notice to Amazon. 8. If the subscriber removes the SIM from the Honor View 10, the benefits under this Offer shall cease to exist. 9. This Offer is only valid on Honor View 10s bought till May 31, This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the market. 11. This Offer is valid only for Retail and COIP (Company owner, individual paid) customers 12. The Terms and Conditions of usage of Airtel services continue to be applicable to you as a subscriber of Airtel s network. 13.
