5 About the Card: The Card Muni ID Debit Personalized with cardholder s name, DOB, address Master Card, Visa, or Discover Branded (debit card activation optional) Reloadable (cash, direct deposit/ach, money transfer) Account management via mobile and web Cash ATMS Purchases and cash-back at millions of retail locations Purchases on-line Send Money to other cards in the US & abroad Cost $10-$15 Renewable every 2 years

7 The Card Privacy Matters The Right To Financial Privacy Act Cardholder information is maintained by bank and stored in bank s database Eliminates risk of personal info divulgence via public records request Police Department may be granted access to cardholder PROFILE database in order to authenticate card. FINANCIAL INFO WILL NOT BE VISIBLE.

8 The Flow ID/ DEBIT CARD PROGRAM PROCESS FLOW Customer Experience The Flow Customer Start Brings required documentation to City ID Center Receives card in mail Calls Customer Service number (IVR) to activate City ID Center (SFM Staff) No Documentation requirements fulfilled? Yes Inputs customer s personal info into card registration website & uploads face photo Collects Fees from Cardholder Card Manufacturer CNB IVR Receives card applicant info (request for new card account) and transmits to card manufacturer Receives order for new card account Produces Card Mails card to Card Applicant s home address Goes through secure activation process End
