2 William Fultz Vice President for Information Technology Background Highlights 18 years managing IT in Academic Health Center settings Joined Mount Sinai in March 2000 For Past 8 years responsible for clinical and basic science research IT support Prior to Mount Sinai, at Albany Medical Center responsible for all Hospital, FPA and School applications Prior to AMC, at IRS responsible for developing the Program Management and Control function for managing the modernization of the IRS. 11 Select 2015 IT Accomplishments Operate Grow Transform Converted 319 MSBISLW physicians at 28 locations in 21 specialties to the Epic Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record Installed data and voice infrastructure at the Corporate Services Center on East 42 nd St. and successfully migrated over 1,800 employees and their equipment from many locations around the health system to the new site Multiple projects at MSBI with a focus on the Phillips Ambulatory Care Center to support physician recruitment and retention MSHS IT Overview March
