Our customer comments: The use of a clinical information system at St Vincent s and Mater Health has financial benefits for the organisation. Having a standardised and legible system of recording integrated, multi-disciplinary patient notes along with the ability to easily refer back to and review those notes through the read notes feature improves patient safety and saves hours of clinical time. Efficiencies related to being able to order an X-Ray or a Pathology test online and then see the results of those tests online are great. The efficiency gains through using this system led to hours saved in pre-admission, in wards, in the operating theatre, in administrative areas and in tasks associated with rostering and patient billing. Hungry Jack s WiFi solution is a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) customised to deliver Hungry Jack s customers free access and incorporates many security features, not typically seen in free WiFi hot spots elsewhere. We re really passionate about our philosophy of makes it better, so when we looked at launching a free WiFi service for our customers we wanted it to be the best. These vendors had the knowledge, experience and technological expertise to deliver to our requirements and the results speak for themselves.
