2 Introduction to EISECO. Hot Pressed GRP Sectional Water Storage Tanks EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks are made of 3 main parts: 1. GRP framework: EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks are made of separate quadrangular or rectangular panels which themselves made by hot press molding process using isophthalic unsaturated polyester resins reinforced by up to 35% glass fibers. This framework connect together using special stainless steel and hot dip galvanized accessories to ensure resistant and leakage free structure which can withstand against climate, earthquake and during it life time. This framework can be made by more than 50 meters length and width and 5 meters height. Also this framework can be performed in separate partitions. (See picture 1) 2. Steel base frame: The above mentioned framework will mount on special rectangular grater which wends the tank loads to the concrete foundation. This grater will be made from modular prefabricated hot dip galvanized steel parts. (See picture 1) 3. Concrete foundation: Usually GRP sectional water storage tanks mount on the ground using special concrete foundation which supports all static and dynamic loads of tank (See picture 1). This foundation also creates enough space for technical experts to mounting and maintaining the tank easily. GRP Sectional Water Storage Tanks Features PANEL DESIGN All panels are modeled and designed by CATIA modeling software and analyzed by ANSIS analyzing software on basis of finite element method. PANEL PRODUCTION EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks panels are hot press molded in glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) using isophthalic unsaturated polyester resins. Page 2 HYGIENIC STANDARD The compatibility of all materials used in the production and assembly of EISECO. GRP Sectional Water Storage Tanks are rigorously tested for potable water. This includes long term material performance and mechanical properties, non-metallic components, adhesives, etc. Combined, these analyses form the basis of the company s extensive QC procedures. Especially GRP row materials have WRAS certification. CLIMATE RESISTANT Polyester base raw materials made EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks possible to have high UV resistance and could withstand in variant such as torrid climate. HEAT RESISTANT EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks can operate in temperature from -50 C up to 220 C continual without any decreasing in mechanical specifications across this confine. CHEMICALS RESISTANT EISECO. GRP sectional water storage tanks are resistant to chemicals especially acidic environments. COLOR Tank panels default color is light gray (RAL7035). Check bolts for unclench and retighten any unclench bolts (every six mounts recommended) 2. Clean inside the tank via cloth, sponge or any soft materials (every one year recommended) 3. Stainless Steel Accessories (SUS-304): Stainless steel bracket A and B These brackets will be used to tighten the tank walls together using stainless steel tie rods. Stainless steel tie rods Different size tie rods will be used to tighten the tank walls together using stainless steel brackets. These tie rods will be connected together using stainless steel hex.
