Domestic water system is served by two gas fired water heaters complete with in-line recirculation pump. Conventional plumbing fixtures with manual and infrared operated faucets. BMCS controls for heating and ventilation system. Fire protection consists of fire extinguishers. Overall rating is "good" (5). Electrical Summary: The school has been provided with a 1A, 12/28V, 3 phase, 4 wire service obtained from a pad mounted transformer.
