Is there a sprinkler system in the space? If yes, is there a required contractor? Contact Info? 3. Is there a fire alarm system in the space? If yes: Is it a full system with horns, strobes, pull stations, duct detectors, etc.? Fire alarm work shown on plans(either FA or E3 sheet). Existing system to be reworked to coordinate with new construction. Will this build-out require any work to be done on or with the system?, see plans. Is there a required fire alarm system vendor? Based on previous information the roof is a single ply Membrane: Copolymer alloy (CPA) thermoplastic,.040 inch (.94 mm) thick by Duro-Last Inc. What are the requirements for dumpsters and or storage containers, if needed? Contractor is responsible for providing dumpsters/ collection of construction debris for demolition and new work, comply with all Post regulations concerning construction waste. 17. As per my door supplier He has stated the only door hardware schedule found for this project is in the Aluminum Entrances and Storefront Specifications. There is no hardware schedule listed for the remaining doors in the Specifications under Door Hardware. Please clarify intent. The fly fan at the food court entry is existing to remain (also at the MPA entries)

6 19. Sheet A7 General note 2, All painted walls to have level 4 finish with semi-gloss paint. Keyed note 2 on same sheet, New paint on all walls (level 3 finish) refer to finish schedule sheet A7.1. (this note appears in most spaces being renovated). Finish schedule on A7.1 indicates level 4 finish for all four colors of paint in Retail 201, but does not indicate wall finish level for any other rooms. Please clarify. All surfaces will have Level 4 finishes. 20. RE: te 1 on Sheet M1.1, If there is a roof warranty in place, would it possible to get warranty holder s name and contact information? Section Selective Demo - Project Conditions 1.6 paragraph (C) Hazardous Materials Is there any reports available listing where the Asbestos and lead Paint is located and the quantity? reports are available. The building was built around In the specs, there is a conflict on whether we can use MC cable. There is a missing section (16150) that would clarify this? The specs mention two pages on MC installation, but then reads that all branch wiring be in raceways. Please clarify if you would like us to use MC cable where applicable. Delete this entry entirely.
