2 Conical Twin-Screw Extruder SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder developed by our company is featured by high output, good plasticization, even agglomeration, stable quality, and long service life, etc. this series extruder has two electric appliance control systems, common and computer controls. 3 Single screw extruder JYH series new type high-efficiency single screw extruder developed by our company is mainly used in the extrusion of TEO plastic material. It is featured by advanced design, high output, good plasticization, and wide application, etc. Suitable for various TEO plastic material: HDPE, PPR, PP, ABS, and PMMA, etc. Adopt advanced human-machine interface control system to realize the automatic control of the whole line. 4 Pipe moulds Our company is one of the largest pipe mould manufacturers in China. We manufacture PVC, PE and PP-R pipe moulds. Well designed compression ratio, even flow of melted material and uniform distribution of heat temperature; Spherically contacted with die head, which enables quick adjustment and saving material cost. According to traction specs of the products, the hauler can be equipped with double-pedrail, three-pedrail, four-pedrail, and six-pedrail. The cutter is classified planet cutter and non-dust cutter. Planet cutter range: Ф63mm-Ф800mm and non-dust cutter range: Ф16 mm -Ф250 mm. PVC profile extrusion line The profile auxiliary machine manufactured by our company is developed adopting foreign advanced technology and combining both the national and international facts. 6 PVC siding panel extrusion line The siding panels are applied to protect the external surface of houses, office buildings,top class villas.they can be laminated with PVC,ASA,PMMA material etc. on the surface. It can be used in hot or cold, dry or wet area, which can bear long 6

7 period irradiation of ultraviolet and bad weather such as gale and rainstorm, long life and easily to operate. The extrusion line is equipped with punching machine which realizes the on line punching.calender is equipped on this line. The whole line is advanced, stable and highly automatic. Wood plastic composite profile extrusion line This line applies SJZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter, which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The downstream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling units, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker. The calibration unit is quipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibrating effect. The pedrail hauler is equipped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force. The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip block to prevent products from damage. 7
