3 Major Milestones 1997 Company was established as Sadid Nasb to provide mechanical equipment and steel structure manufacturing services using a shop in Ahwaz 2000 Company was renamed to Sadid Jahan Sanat to expand its scope of services toward General Contracting / EPC services 2004 Company was qualified as grade 2 of general contracting (in Industry & Mine and Equipments & Facilities branches) 2006 The current board of directors took management of Company 2007 Company was owned by Namaad Sanat Pars (holding company) 2008 Equipment manufacturing activities in Ahwaz shop was separated from TIV, legally registered as Namaad Sanat Sadid and became 1 st subsidiary of TIV 2008 SARCO (as an EPC contractor) was established in UAE as 2 nd subsidiary of TIV 2009 Company improved its qualification of general contracting up to grade 1 in Industry & Mine and Equipments & Facilities, grade 3 in Building / Civil Construction and grade 5 in Electrical branches 2010 Company successfully implemented the requirements of ISO9001:2008 (by DNV - Finland) 2010 Company had awarded its 1 st international project (manufacturing of equipment project in Syria) 2011 Company successfully implemented the requirements of OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004 (by DQS Germany) 2011 TEAV and IRAQ SJS (as EPC contractors) were established in Oman and Iraq Koredistan as 2 nd and 3 rd subsidiary of TIV 2011 The company s name has been changed from Sadid Jahan Sanat to TIV Energy Engineering & Construction.

5 Integrated Management System Sub-elements As shown in the figure, company integrated management system (IMS) has been formed by 6 sub-elements. Development of IMS is main responsibility of Methodology department. This department implements the latest management standards and best practices to keep system effective and complied with international requirements. The system assurance is controlled by Quality Assurance department together with HSEQ department (each controls the relevant area). Company also benefits from a learning process which prevents iterative failures and improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
