7 PARTICULAR CLAUSES The dimensions and surfaces measured after completion of the works may vary +/ 5% (plus minus five percent) from those indicated on the plans. Any changes to provisions will be specified on a description/work sheet. Some changes may cause a shift in the date of delivery of the apartment. All material choices will be according to the selection offered by the developer. Replacing a bathtub with a shower may cause the installation of full height partitions for security reasons (paid by the acquirer). This fact sheet is established for informational purposes. The photos are non contractual. The developer reserves the right to change some details of construction or provisions defined in this document in order to provide technical or aesthetic improvement. In case of a material supply delay or a non- conformity in respect to the work planning, the developer reserves the right to replace these with available materials of similar quality. INFORMATION ON THE CHOICE OF FINISHINGS Provisions such as: - Tiles - Faiences - Bathroom fittings - Parquet - Paint - Kitchen - Appliances - Equipped bathroom This will be sent from the developer to future acquirers by mail or , asking the acquirer to set up a meeting in order to choose finishing provisions.
