2 EXTRA DURABILITY BY DESIGN TO LOWER YOUR LIFECYCLE COST With maximized strength-to-weight ratio, Kidron s Emperor G2 trailer introduces a new generation of food service distribution advantages, uniquely designed to increase efficiency and lower the cost of delivering refrigerated products. Available in industry standard lengths up to 53', the Emperor G2 is designed for the abuses associated with multi-stop refrigerated product distribution. The G2 is designed for flexibility of operation and can be customized to meet your unique delivery needs. The Emperor G2 is backed by over a half-century of Kidron experience in the refrigerated truck and trailer industry. Each Emperor G2 trailer is manufactured to Kidron s high standards for quality and durability. FRONT CORNER CASTING Kidron s classic three-piece nose rail with corner casting is rugged and easily repaired. IMPACT RESISTANT REAR FRAME Stainless steel rear frame is designed to withstand the common abuses of dock deliveries. New recessed stainless steel handle is a smooth, clean design with rear weld points. HIGH-STRENGTH UPPER COUPLER One-piece ¼ or 3 /8 high-strength steel full-width mainbeam and approach plate provide superior strength and durability. The design integrates a 10GA by 3½ bulkhead that ties the front posts to the upper coupler and prevents front wall damage associated with forklift loading. Hot dipped galvanized is an option. RUGGED SUSPENSION Designed for extra durability and frame strength, our structure incorporates components that are both light weight and rugged. To avoid corrosion, suspension may be galvanized.

3 STRONG BOTTOM RAIL The large exterior bottom rail enhances the trailer s strength and is available with both steel and aluminum crossmembers. ROBUST ROOF SYSTEM High strength aluminum sheet bonded to 1½ deep aluminum I-beam roof bows placed on 24 centers offers extraordinary rigidity, reduced weight and strength to the overall roof structure while eliminating the possibility of rust in foam cavities. KIDRON... THE INNOVATORS PROTECTED REAR LIGHTS For maximum protection, the design has a 3 /8 stainless steel eyebrow and 3 /16 doubler plate reinforcement. Laminated dock bumper pictured is optional. DURABLE LANDING GEAR High tensile steel wing plate is attached to a 2 by 2 by ¼ structural steel angle providing durability and ease of repair. Rugged stanchion plates, fore and aft, properly direct forces associated with severe drop and hook operations. Landing gear and other understructure parts can be hot dipped in molton zinc to prevent corrosion. Refrigerated Trailers

4 DETAILS THAT MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN MULTI-TEMP/MULTI-STOP DISTRIBUTION Emperor G2 refrigerated distribution trailers are uniquely designed with extra features to protect perishable products, while reducing operational costs. Our full width stainless steel rear frame is strong enough to withstand the rigors of dock delivery and features a standard 5-light rear header. Uniquely designed composite panel rear door is highly durable and easily repaired, standard with five hinges that are equally spaced top to bottom. Doors are equipped with Kidron s patented pillow and integral wiper seals. Flat thermally efficient side walls are achieved through Kidron s ColdShield temperature management technology system. Kidron s standard floor system features our unique forklift reinforcement package with full width integral 50 aluminum I-beam and plate reinforcements. A 3 /8 stainless steel eyebrow protects the recessed lights. Standard bolt-on rear impact guard s durable design exceeds industry standards. Dock bumpers feature a 6 by 8 rubber bumper, placed outboard on a 3 /16 by 8 stainless steel doubler plate. The assembly properly directs forces associated with dock shock and protects against bottom rail damage. Heavy duty laminated bumpers are an option. Super Duty Crossmember resists damage from dock impact and reinforces the floor for forklift and pallet jack loading. Deep bottom rail provides for extra rivets to attach sidewall posts and understructure. This design provides optimized strength in high stress areas critical to the unique needs of refrigerated distribution.

5 Lightweight aluminum I-beam roof bows eliminate the chance of corrosion in roof foam cavities. Three-piece nose rail with high-strength aluminum corner casting that resists damage upon impact and protects high-visibility lighting. TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Optimum temperature performance and flatness are achieved with our state-of-the-art foam system that uses high pressure impingement mixing. Temperature, ratio and mix are consistently measured and controlled at the time of delivery to our heated foam delivery system to ensure excellent protection for refrigerated cargo. Enhanced foam-dam technology eliminates foam migration. Optional impermeable ceiling and interior wall liners greatly slow foam outgassing and reduce refrigeration fuel costs. PRESS BUILT WALLS Units are available with up to 5 of insulation, ensuring optimal temperature stability. All trailers are infrared tested to make certain walls are void free. Front corner post is an aluminum extrusion that resists damage from impact. High strength steel refrigeration frame features G-member construction, providing omini-directional strength and stiffness. Upper coupler is designed to meet the stresses of a high frequency drop and hook operation. A one-piece approach plate and six front stanchion plates prevent approach plate dishing. Our AAR-rated kingpin features eight kingpin stanchion plates for significant added strength over this critical contact area. Designed for internal undercoating to further resist corrosion. Choose a strong Kidron Premium suspension, or suspensions produced by leading national suppliers. Bolt-on landing gear is designed for strength and repairability, featuring reinforced stanchion plates fore and aft. Maintenance is made simple and safe.

7 ADVANCED FLOOR SYSTEM Rear floor system is designed with anti-skid surface and forklift loading at 16,000 lbs. Features integral I-beam and full-width plate reinforcements at the rear 50. Unique floor-to-rear frame connection creates smooth transition between rear frame and floor. Rot-resistant floor stringers and no exposed fasteners at rear sill. A 1½ drain is standard. WATERTIGHT FLOOR SYSTEMS Select the right extruded aluminum floor for your needs. Also available are non-skid surfaces and steel or aluminum treadplate floors. 1½ drains are standard.
