Utilities will be capped during demolition and rerouted with construction of Residence located at 155 Pheasant Ridge is under severe disrepair. A thorough inspection revealed multiple violations of the minimum housing code. Windows, doors and siding are rotten and allowing water into the residence. The roof was not properly "flashed" and is allowing water into a bedroom around the 155 PHEASANT ceiling and is RIDGE soaking the sheet rock with rain water. There are multiple issues with exposed or unsafe electrical wiring. The deck on the rear of the residence is unsafe due to lack of support and decaying of stairs and braces.
