Addition will include new commons areas and classrooms. Renovation projects will include: HVAC upgrade, hazardous material removal, floor replacement, roofing, ADA upgrade, security upgrade, underground piping replacement, and site drainage. Project will be phased over four summers. Total estimated project budget: $34,184,608 Architect: Mahlum/ADW Architects Project Management: TBD Contractor: TBD Construction Completion: Fall Mahlum/ADW schematic design concepts are being evaluated - Gym bleachers replacement completed - Underground mechanical piping system replacement project has been awarded to Bower Construction. Work will be phased into South Medford High School: Project Summary: Build new high school at Cunningham and Columbus. Phase I will include roofing, HVAC upgrades, security, asbestos removal, flooring, painting, and ADA upgrades. Phase II will include the new cafeteria construction and convert the existing cafeteria into classrooms. Total estimated project budget: $ 6,396,817 Contractor, Phase I: Batzer Inc.
