( SIML ) has been incorporated in 1986 and since then has been involved in multi-disciplinary civil and infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning. From traditional design-build projects to the more complex Design Finance Build Operate Transfer (DFBOT) to site development, paving and utility systems, SIML has been a reliable partner in executing the job from planning and designing phase to the fi nal layer of asphalt. Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd., in Consortium with IVRCL A&H, has been awarded the prestigious Trans Arunachal Highway (NH-229) Road Project, by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to develop the 311 kms long existing road between Nechipu - Hoj into a standard twolane National Highway with 7m carriage way and 12m formation. The project is proposed to be developed on DFBOT (Annuity basis). 4

SIML s strength is in tunnelling, and has been providing leading edge, innovative and safe tunnelling solutions to its clients for many years. SIML provides fully integrated services covering all aspects and methods of tunnel installation right from technical assurance and expertise through its in-house engineers and specialists, guaranteeing successful project delivery through careful planning and well-managed processes. SIML has emerged as a key partner in Tunnelling for Irrigation and Transportation needs. Currently, North East Frontier Railway projects is India s most important infrastructure project. Several Companies and experts are working relentlessly for the successful completion of this prestigious national project to ensure great connectivity to the North Eastern States of India. SIML is also an important player in the North East Frontier Railway Projects, executing several key tunnels. SIML has the competitive advantages of expertise, equipment, manpower and experience to achieve the desired rate of effi ciency for timely completion of projects. SIML s mining operations currently include blast hole drilling, blasting, controlled blasting, excavation, loading, transportation, dumping, hauling etc., of overburden. The company had completed some and currently executing mining projects of overburden removal at Northern Coal Fields, Western Coal Fields, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, and Bharat Coking Coal Limited. SIML s future vision in mining is to foray into core mining and extraction of minerals. The company, to make fullest use of its capabilities, is currently on the lookout for either owning or taking on lease, mines across India to commence core mining operations, mineral extraction and export of minerals. 7

8 Sushee Future The Company has domain expertise in Infrastructure Development and Mining. As part of the Nation Building Activities, SIML is executing Highways and Tunneling Projects in North East India; and Irrigation Projects in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the Southern States of India. On a Pan India basis, the company is engaged in overburden/coal removal activity with Coal India Limited, and its subsidiaries; and Singareni Collieries Company Limited. Going forward, SIML intends to, and is exploring the possibilities of owning and operating mines in Asia, Africa, Australia and South America, apart from India. SIML is entering into MoUs for extraction of coal and other major and minor minerals in India and overseas.
