Project schedule Hausmann updating project schedule based on latest phasing plan and bid package dates. b. See attached 4 week look ahead dated c. Weather delays. d. Other delays: e. Fire suppression lines will be shut off in the union 11/5 5. Meetings a. Helical Anchor Pre-install 9:00 am b. Bid Package 3 Pre-bid meeting 1:00 pm 6. Submittals a. See attached submittal log. b. Samples delivered to RDG include: 7. Hausmann a. Does UNL want a mock-up of the brick sample? i. No need for mock-up of the brick. b. Clarifications i. Roof system 1. UNL is leaning towards EPDM with extended 30 year warranty. ii. Wall tagging system 1. Legend applies only to interior walls 2. Nick will add penthouse wall type construction to Addenda 1. iii. Fiber reinforced coating 1. FRC is not required in back of house. FRC is required for food service areas. FRP is required around the mop sinks. iv. MRL elevator? 1. Would like to have at least the passenger elevator MRL. 2. Still to be determined. c. Update on sanitary sewer? i. South of MH2 is not to be replaced. ii. Will determine if manhole needs to be replaced depending if it is concreter or brick walls. iii. Nate will Bluebeam what is to be replaced and what is to stay. d. Removal of brick on exterior south wall of Great Plains i. Andy will put together a schedule of times when Great Plains is active with events. e. Catlett is requesting access to the structural CAD drawings Page 2 of 3

3 November 5, 2018 i. Nick will send out full civil, structural, and landscaping CAD files. 8. UNL a. Comments? i. BSM is to salvage auto operators and handicap pedestal at west entrance. ii. Union Crossing will go offline at the end of spring semester per Andy. iii. Vision is waiting on fittings to relocate the CO2. iv. Fall protection will be installed on new and existing roofs. v. Hausmann will extend fencing along south exit to account for stairwell exit that currently egresses into the construction zone. 9. RDG a. Comments? i. Elevator report from Gerald was sent out. ii. No new update on Starbucks. iii. Backup generator location is okay per Nate. iv. UNL scopes 1. Fire alarms rough-in and install 2. HVAC Controls rough-in and install 3.
