Dry construction SCHELL offers an extensive range of products to suit every type of installation whether for mounting modules in free-standing or wallmounted installation. The mounting module is a self-supporting sectional steel frame structure with height adjustable and structureborne noise insulated feet. The surface of the sectional frame is powder-coated. Cistern mounting module Dry construction Wet construction For this traditional method of installation, SCHELL offers mounting modules for the WC and urinal. The u-shaped mounting frame is not self-supporting and must therefore be underpinned. The surface of the steel frame is galvanized. Cistern mounting module Wet construction Obstruction-free A special WC mounting module was developed for this application with a construction width of 420 mm; when combined with two loadbearing module installations it is ideally suited to withstanding the loads that WC grip handles (Hewi, Keuco, Erlau...) are subjected to. The narrow construction width of the WC module (420 mm) is also advantageous for cramped locations. The WC fixtures are 370 mm high off the top of the prefab floor. By rotating the laminated wood panel by 90, you can further minimise the construction width of the loadbearing module from 500 mm to 390 mm. Example of obstruction-free installation. The scope of delivery includes the necessary tapping screws for screwing into a lightweight post-and-beam structure. Mounting in front of a solid wall wet construction. The wall mounting set necessary for this is available as an accessory. Angle mounting set All mounting modules can be installed in the corner of a room using the SCHELL angle mounting set. The necessary cladding supports are included in the scope of delivery. 12 Dry Construction Rail System Wall mounting system for creating semi-high wall-mounted units The easy to assemble, contemporary rail system consists of a mounting rail for installing on walls and floors; the rail system is simultaneously used to secure the wall-mounted elements and as cladding support. The clear spaces between installation elements are filled with wall stands. After assembling the wall and floor rail, the position of the installation elements can be shifted along the rail and their order rearranged without having to redrill. The adjustment depth of the wall fixture increases in the rail system from 140 mm mm to 160 mm mm due to the mounting rail height of 22 mm. The universal fastening screws are only suitable for concrete and solid brick. The pertinent work specifications of all participating trade bodies must be taken into consideration. 12

The new wet construction urinal mounting module is "A mini module with maximum possibilities". Small dimensions (550 x 98 x 85 mm) facilitate easy assem bly and logistics - all of which saves money! Application is possible with standard urinals from ceramic manufacturers combined with urinal flush systems from SCHELL. The flush is actuated by mechanical operating panels or by electronic controls that work using infrared or HF technology. Mounting in a wall slot The COMPACT wet construction urinal mount ing module is easy to install into narrow wall slots due to its narrow construction width of only 98 mm. Installation is carried out using front attachment plates. Mounting onto a solid wall Quick installation on a solid wall is guaranteed by using rear attachment plates.
