(Nova) provided on-site air monitoring during the removal of asbestos-containing materials located in the Boiler Room Tunnel at the Hayden Heights Elementary School building, 1863 Clear Avenue, St. Paul, MN Removal was conducted using wet methods asbestos abatement techniques. All asbestos-related work was performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local asbestos regulations. Asbestos-related work began and was completed on September 29, Twell Environment Inc., License #AC592, conducted the asbestos abatement. Sample collection and analysis was completed by Michael Muff, License #AS8372, of Nova Consulting Group, Inc., 1107 Hazeltine Boulevard, Suite #400, Chaska, MN

PCM sample collection and analysis was completed in accordance with NIOSH Method Quality control procedures were followed as required by this method. Twell leaves site. 4:40 PM Nova collects the two adjacent samples. 5:00 PM Adjacent samples are analyzed, with both reading at under.01 f/cc. 5:15 PM Nova leaves site.
