Maalim Al-Taaluq it's general Contracting company for oil, Gas, marine services and be related to by all of steel works and its emerge from Al-Safina company for Marine service its mother company was establish in is registered under No. (27584 in 30/8/2001). We are committed to provide the best quality services to our customers our technical teams are capable of doing different kind and size for oil, gas and marine services in the field of execution, maintenance and commissioning. We are attaching herewith the organization chart, list of completed projects and commercial license for your reference. We are willing to take up any challenging job at a competitive rate. As built drawing, operation maintenance manual, certificate of origin and other documents is part of the projects. Our success depends on following the international standard documents and specifications for each consultant designed. Maalim Al-Taaluq Company is established in Basrah- Iraq since as a Marine services contractors for carrying out different types and projects

3 The company has seven divisions under its umbrella:- 1- Engineering Department This department includes two sections as follows: a. Design section In this section there are engineers have experience and capability to design storage tanks depend on API 650, pressure vessels and horizontal tanks depend on ASME. These engineers' professionals in CAD drawings and capability to issue design drawings and as built drawings.

4 We have programs using for calculations through steps of design like: COADE Tank 3.1 for design storage tanks we can get from this program the calculations and analysis. COADE for design pressure vessels we can get from this program the calculations and analysis. Pipe flow expert for design flow lines, design and analysis.

5 Plate "N" sheet professional using for work shop fabrications. We have all standards which using in our jobs like, API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, ANSI & etc. b. Technical section In this section there are engineers have large experience in technical field this section prepare all technical documents for procedure like installation, fabrication and erection for all jobs. In this section we draw technical steps and manufacturing to be followed to complete the project properly, easy, economical and the least possible time by writing course technological implementation stages of the project and then send to the department projects to study it and take all the supplies needed work and write implementation priorities from through engineers are experts in this field.

6 2- Projects Department In this department there are engineers and technical staff have experience in management of projects. How we Manage our Projects? Maalim Al-Taaluq principals believe that effective management achieved when qualified managers are awarded maximum level of authority to act their job. By this way, the directors will manage and operate the projects in ideal and practical way, especially when they are authorized to be decision makers without restrictions by their presidents. By this key feature, Maalim Al-Taaluq was successful in many projects located in so-far places relatively to Maalim Al-Taaluq headquarter and branch offices. For each project, there is a special sample of organization structure that is suitable with its nature, physical location. Scope of work, and client degree of organization.

7 Following the optimization, is used to organize a structure which is able to be in such performance & schedule. Following the risk management, the organization structure is to ensure its safe position from the risk involvement, to be aware of the mitigation plans, and able to provide erected emergency plans. This department divided to three sections A) Mechanical This section executes all mechanical jobs and steel works like: Execute pipeline works, erection of storage tanks, Scaffolding, sand blasting, painting and all other mechanical works and maintenance for all jobs above. B) Electrical & Instruments This section executes all electrical jobs and instruments works like: Execute substations, facilities of storage tanks, and all other electrical works and maintenance for all jobs above. C) Civil This section executes all civil works necessary for above sections like: Execute foundations of storage tanks, pipeline pedestals and any necessary and complementally jobs for above sections. Our teams in each section have technical experience through working in many projects in Iraq (engineers, technical's, surveyor's, welders, employers and lubbers).

8 3-Q.A & Q.C Department Maalim Al-Taaluq is committed to provide quality control plans and ensure the effluence of the procedures through its structure. Q.C plan is interacted with every item of work and generally consisting of three different and sequenced phases: o Preparatory phase. o Follow us phases. o Completion. Documentation is entered into the organization structure to ensure that tracking of records for every quality issue is maintained until final solution achieved, this includes: deficiency report. Corrective action reports. Punch list. Pre-final inspection report. Final inspection and hand over. A qualified staff of quality control manager and his followers are appointed for each project and they are authorized to act their job and have the full power to correct any activity.

9 A quality plan written especially for each project is submitted before mobilization, many revisions may be communicated with the client's representative to have the approval on its details. The quality plan is ensuing full system's covering starting from ordering of materials until final inspection and test report. Testing and inspection certificates, as well as third party and manufacturer's certificates are being part of integrated plan depending on submittal procedure. This department has many NDT equipment like: X-ray device. Density film meter. Hardness tester. Ultra sonic device.

10 4- HSE Department Maalim Al-Taaluq is committed to pursuing a work environment free of incidents and injuries. This requires the development of a culture with a universal commitment to strive for the highest level of safety and performance. When such a culture is present, people do not live and work safely out of motivation to be in compliance with standards. People choose the safe path because of a deep internal culture value and their commitment to being safe. This behavior is constantly reinforced with proactive programs, communication, initiatives, HSE meetings, performance monitoring, leadership commitment and awards. Responsibility for HSE performance starts with Maalim Al-Taaluq and follows with every successive level. 11 5- Procurements Department Procurement of materials for each project is of the highest important factors that expedite the progress. The quality job could be reached with quality materials provided, So we believe that procurement is the driving force for success in every project. This department provides support all qualified management, staff and relationships to reach suppliers and manufacturers. Sales engineer for every project work with the project manager to avoid any miss selected materials. Some of procurement of equipment:

12 6- Financial & Legal Department In this department prepare and continuation all contracts the projects. This department found to solve problems legal and financial during execution and at guaranty periods for projects by coordination with other departments in Maalim Al- TaaluqCompany. Legal section Section performs the following functions: Represent the company before the courts, councils and the competent bodies. Study and scrutiny legal matters on the company's work. Providing legal advices on the company's work. Regulation of construction contracts and application conditions. Perform all transactions relating to the purchase and sale, and rent and lease land and property for the purposes of the company. Financial section Section performs the following functions: Date preparation and final accounts and related work Join arithmetic as the preparation of studies and financial reports. Audit functions advances and achievement and to hold her own Limitations. Calculate and check the salaries of associate and organize own limitations install benefits. Study of contracts for projects in financial terms. Get letters of guarantee through the assessment of the company's assets and funds.
