7 FOUNDATIONS END TO CENTER OF DEMISING WALL, TYP. 1. PERFORM ALL SITE PREPARATION AND EXCAVATION WORK IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE SOILS REPORT PREPARED BY ADVANCED DELVAL SOIL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC. (#05-664, DATED February 14, 2014). 2. EXCAVATE THE BUILDING SITE TO THE DEPTH AND EXTENT INDICATED IN THE SOILS REPORT. ALL SUBGRADES SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE SOILS ENGINEER PRIOR TO BACKFILLING. 3.
