5 Ad-Mixture Sunplast Super Sunplast Super is a Concrete Super Plasticizer-Cum-Retarder and can significantly help to attain high slump and retention by reducing high amount of water in mix designs. 6 Ad-Mixture Sunplast - PCE New Generation Slump Retaining Concrete Superplasticizer Sunplast PCE is a high performance (high strength and durability) super plasticizer for concrete based on a polycarboxylate ether polymer. It comprises of particles in the size range of 0.25 to 0.35 micrometers (µm) and is synthesized through nano-scale polymerization. It is a high range super plasticizer (water reduction up to 40% in control concrete) with superior cement dispersion ability to provide extremely high slump values, even to concrete mixtures made with water-to-cement ratio of less than It is highly dosage efficient a much smaller dosage as compared to conventional super plasticizers is only sufficient.imparts high flow ability to the mixture so as to fill the formwork under its own weight (self compacting ability) without any voids or segregation of aggregates. Sunplast PCE imparts high self-compaction or self-leveling, reduces shrinkage and creep, increases flexural strength, reduces carbonation, improves adhesion to re-enforcing and pre-stressing steel and develops early strength. 12 Concrete Aid Concrete Curing Compound It's a white Synthetic Emulsion based concrete curing compound. On drying, it forms a thin film barrier which allows the concrete to retain sufficient water for maximum curing, without disturbing the normal setting action. This economical curing compound eliminates the need for keeping concrete continuously wet. Due to white emulsion it reflects the light & heat & minimizes the chance of cracking of the surfaces. 15 Water Proofing Compound Suncrete Suncrete is a ready to use bonding agent as well crack filler in liquid consistency. It is used for repair of spalled concrete floors, columns, beams, chhajas, slabs & waterproofing of toilets & bathrooms, small terraces etc. as it bonds strongly to old & new concrete and to plasters. It reduces shrinkage, prevents cracking, dust pick up & improves abrasion resistance. It is also used as crack filler for interior use.
