2 WHO WE ARE We make luxury pontoon boats. That's what we do - and that's all we do. 2 We are an independent, family-owned manufacturing company. We are not a giant corporation, and we are not a high output assembly operation shoving out thousands of boats per year. Landau Boats are still handcrafted. We don't just buy components and assemble them. We start with basic raw materials and make our own. We not only make our own pontoon logs, but we are one of the few companies that design and manufacture our own upholstery in-house. Most of our competitors buy and install pre-made furniture.

3 WE ARE BUILDERS What's one word we'd use to describe our boats? Strong. We ensure the strengh of these boats with two main factors that set Landau apart from the rest. 1. Our "U" Shaped Log Landau's pontoon logs are "U" shaped, causing the sides to be straight. These straight sides create a nice, solid tunnel for water flow. This allows for a smooth, swift ride. Our logs are filled with closed cell foam. One cubic foot of block foam floats 59 lbs. This ensures you could still navigate under power even if the log were somehow punctured. Our logs can also be unplugged for water drainage. Landau waterflow tunnel vs. competitor waterflow tunnel. Ours provides a swifter, smoother ride. Conventional Round logs have lots of curves, angles, and brackets. These factors contribute to water disturbance and a rougher ride. They are also airfilled, with no assurance of floatation Our platform On every model, we place our floor joists 16 inches apart versus 24 inches apart as many of our competitors do. This makes our decks stronger, more rigid, and provides many more attachment points for the flooring than found in a conventional 24 inch center floor. Landau's cross members have "C" Channels that are 2" and 3 " tall and 3/16" thick. Landau's super thick "C" channels provide an attachment point for the floor. These joists are bolted directly to the pontoon logs with stainless steel nuts and bolts, creating an extra strong floor and undercarriage. Conventional pontoon with welded bracket attachment point is weak and susceptible to breakage.

4 WE ARE CRAFTERS 6 Take note of our flowing sew lines in comparison to the competition. Our seating has thick cushioning and a great fit and finish. Just sit in a Landau and you will find comfortable, firm, full-featured seating. Then, check the competition. In high-volume producers you will find a lot of thin and square cushioning. If it looks easy to make and assemble, then it might be designed for fast, mass assembly and not designed with you, the customer, in mind. Landau selects just the right seat foam density. If the foam is too soft (cheap), it might feel good for a few months, but over time the foam will break down allowing a person to "bottom out" on the seat bottom. This is not the case with the high-density Landau foam. All Landau upholstery is made in-house. Yes, Landau still makes its furniture in-house. This allows control of the vinyl, thread, foam density and the all-important fit and finish of your furniture. All of our furniture is made knowing precisely which model of pontoon it's destined for. This results in better form and function. Landau uses only vinyl products from proven manufacturers. The vinyl finishes are resistant to stain, mildew and abrasion. Just keep them clean and they offer years of service and enjoyment. Hidden to the eye of the owner, the craftsmen of Landau have left signatures of approval throughout each boat. The tubing ranges from.090" to 1/8" wall thickness. All tubing has an anodized finish offering a lifetime of protection from deterioration from elements. All railing is welded individually in-house per order and installed to comply with stringent safety pull tests.

It is vital that the pontoon boat is set up for the customer's needs and desires. From recreational boating for your family, to serious fishing, we're here to make your specific wishes a reality by creating customized floor plans, livewells and electronics. But most importantly, we're here to make your boat strong, durable, and built to last. 10 Landau is not a huge conglomerate, nor are we a small company lost inside of a large corporation. 7 THE CERTIFIED ADVANTAGE The NMMA Certified label on a Landauš boat is your proof it meets, and often exceeds, the industry's strictest quality and safety standards. We believe in quality and absolute customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty that protects from structural defects in materials and workmanship of original equipment. This warranty includes: Structure ( logs, aluminum undercarriage and motor pods) against structural defects Aluminum Railing Wood decking Seat backs and base All other original components carry a 5-Year Stem to Stern Limited Warranty. In addition to Landau's lifetime limited warranty on structural items, Landau offers a 5-Year limited warranty that protects the original owner from defects in materials and workmanship for all other original components. Landau will replace or repair any original part or component deemed to be defective for a period of five years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover results of abuse, damage or normal use. Landau will repair or replace any items deemed defective at the Landau facility in Lebanon, MO or pre-approve and pre-authorize repairs or replacement at an authorized repair center. Transportation charges are not covered under this limited warranty program.
