This certification relates only to the structural steel framing compliance of the Hydrowall system. 2. All plumbing connections must be WaterMark certified. Where applicable, a qualified plumber must be used for this installation 3. Footing and slab supporting the Superwall / Hydrowall System must be designed in accordance with AS 2870: Where the Superwall / Hydrowall System contributes to the Tiedown & bracing of a building or structure the design must be assessed by a practising engineer. 2 5. Certification is required for each structure at each address to ensure drawings comply with site requirements. Specification is invalid unless signed and certified for each structure at a single address. 6. This Certificate is issued based on the evidence of compliance as detailed herein. Any deviation from the specifications contained in this Certificate is outside of this document s scope and the installation of the certified product/system will not be covered by this CodeMark certification. This may result in the product being classified as a non-conforming building product/system. Scope of certification: The CodeMark Scheme is a building product certification scheme. The rules of the Scheme are available at the ABCB website This Certificate of Conformity is to confirm that the relevant requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) as claimed against have been met. The responsibility for the product performance and its fitness for the intended use remain with the certificate holder. The certification is not transferrable to a manufacturer not listed on Appendix A of this certificate. 5 3. Construction is to be signed off by a suitably licensed Engineer. A6 Other relevant technical data 1. If construction site is in a Cyclonic region, the building must be engineered to conform to regional Cyclonic zone requirements. 2. No substitution of any component without the express written permission of the Certificate Holder. 3. All component parts not supplied by Hydrowall including cladding system, battens and fixings for cladding system, insulation, roofing structure or connecting brackets, must meet the required Australia Standard.
