In addition to doors and windows, the company also produce stainless steel handrails, special handles, all-glass solutions and facades. T Tammer exports more than 50% of its products and the export volume is increasing fast. We believe that our strength is to find optimal solution for the customers, meet the product quality and delivery requirements. T-Tammer is a family owned company.

The system is designed for glazed roofs, facades, entrances, doors, windows and wall partition in offices, stores, schools, hospitals, service centres etc.

Some systems are tested for sound insulation, bullet- and burglary resistance, air permeability, wind load and water tightness.

There is a finger protection gasket available for the doors, also for the fire safety doors.

Internal doors/windows Uninsulated, thermal- and fire-insulated steel profiles that are designed for entrances and internal doors, windows, wall sections and sliding doors.

4 Steel profile products T-Tammer OÜ manufactures profile products from the steel profiles produced by the Swedish company Stålprofil AB. Uninsulated, thermal-insulated and fire-insulated steel profile systems from untreated, galvanized or stainless steel. The system is designed for glazed roofs, facades, entrances, doors, windows and wall partition in offices, stores, schools, hospitals, service centres etc. Profile systems have obtained type approvals for fire safety from the various organizations as SITAC, SP, VTT, Inspecta, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, etc. Some systems are tested for sound insulation, bullet- and burglary resistance, air permeability, wind load and water tightness. All systems of Stålprofil are also available as wide profiles for module locks. The system enables to deliver round windows and arch-shaped profiles. There is a finger protection gasket available for the doors, also for the fire safety doors. The glazing beads are same design for all systems and designed such a way that the fastening is not visible. The steel profiles by Stålprofil always enable to offer proper solutions for the client. Internal doors/windows Uninsulated, thermal- and fire-insulated steel profiles that are designed for entrances and internal doors, windows, wall sections and sliding doors. All the profiles have a sealing groove that ensures a flat surface both inside and outside. Thermally insulated profiles (SP55000) are insulated with 10 mm waterproof fibreboard. Fireproof profiles have 25mm Promatec insulation (SP75000). Glazing beads have width from 5 to 53mm, with an interval of 5mm. The system SP95000 is a stainless steel profile system that is made of acid-proof quality steel (AISI316L) and is specially customized for corrosion resistance and good resistance for external use. Glazing beads and assembly screws are made of stainless steel. SP35000/SP95000 profile systems have obtained approval for fire resistance classes E 30 - E 90. 2

5 Non-load bearing walls T-Tammer OÜ manufactures steel profile non-load bearing wall systems using the Stålprofil steel profiles. Wide range uninsulated, thermalinsulated and fire-insulated steel profile wall systems from untreated, hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel AISI316L. The systems are mainly designed to achieve fire safety inside the buildings for glazed roofs, entrances, windows and wall partition. Profile systems have obtained type approvals for fire safety from the various organizations as SITAC, SP, VTT, Inspecta, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, etc. Fire rates are from E30 up to EI180 minutes. Some systems are tested for sound insulation, bulletand burglary resistance and sound reduction. The steel profiles by Stålprofil always enable to offer proper solutions for the client. External doors SP / SP Profile system with cold bridge barrier is meant for doors and entrances with insulation requirements, with high wear resistance and excellent resistance to external impacts. The system consists of steel profile which is insulated with 25 mm waterproof fibreboard. The profiles can also be delivered in hot-dip galvanized condition (sendzimir-galvanized 20 μm). Glazing beads are same as for other profile systems. The all-glass partitions are the best solution for creating or delimiting different spaces in office and business premises in order to get a very spacious and airy impression. In case of the all-glass solution the vertical profiles between the glasses are missing and the glasses are fixed with the profiles from top and bottom. The profiles are covered with decorative cover that are available in naturally anodised, stainless steel or painted versions. In case of all-glass solutions, the glasses with bevel polished edges are used, with thickness 8-19 mm according to the requirement. 8 Facade glazing T-Tammer has experience of manufacturing and installation works for glazed facades and shop fronts. Goal for the design of facade glazing system is to achieve the tightness of the facade glazing, easiness of installation and high performance of thermal insulation that would comply with newest standards. The frame of the facade system is mainly based on the overlapping principle. This means that the horizontal crossbar steps above the vertical crossbar. There are also frames that lie in single plane. Material thicknesses and other thermal break properties have been optimised to such extent that the best thermal insulation is ensured. On some systems glazed unit has integrated U-profiles through which the glass is fastened to the insulator. Instead of the glazing bead, the space between the glasses is puttied to achieve the water tightness. It is also possible to build the facade so that either the vertical or the horizontal crossbar has no cover strip. 6

Doors and hatches have been fire tested in TÜV and Chiltern fire laboratories for fire safety classes EI30 and EI60 and also up to E240. For external doors CE-marking is obligatory.

9 Flush metal doors T-Tammer offers hinged, non-hinged and sliding flush metal doors and inspection hatches both in conventional and fire-resistant design for internal and external use. For hinged doors are developed two basic designs, using different hinging system. Also inspection hatches without hinges are in production list. Doors and hatches have been fire tested in TÜV and Chiltern fire laboratories for fire safety classes EI30 and EI60 and also up to E240. For external doors CE-marking is obligatory. As standard all doors are made from galvanized steel, also stainless steel in grades AISI304 and AISI316 are used. As finish T-Tammer offers powder coating or wet paint, in standard RAL colour, also Decoral finish and different PVC covers are available. T-Tammer have wide assortment of windows round and rectangular shape, ventilation grids, door hardware as locks, latches, door closers and door control systems and automatics. Continuously company is working to ensure that doors match newest CEstandards for fire safety, burglary resistance, mechanical strength, wind load, water tightness, air permeability, sound reduction and low heat transmission value. 7
