An un-embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet needs to be inserted between the wooden pallet the material (bottom sheet). This must be done prior to sheet packing at the Finishing Lines (CPL, CT1 & CT2). 2. Blue low density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic sheet stapled to the wooden pallet that covers the entire stack of sheets. 3. Polypropylene corner/edge protectors on the length of the case. One on each side. 4. Polypropylene corner/edge protectors on the widths folded underneath the top sheet welded to the un-embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet on top. 5. An un-embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet on top of the sheets are folded over the length stapled to the wooden pallet. 6. Apply two barcode labels. One on each side. The steel is placed on an un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheet 450 gsm, wider than the steel is folded around the steel. 2. Place a un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm, the same size as the steel on top of the steel. 3. Weld the two sheets together. 4. The top sheet edge protectors need to be welded together to form a removable lid.

The Case number must be on the side facing the direction from where it will be loaded. The Blanking Line label (60 X 80) need to be on the top of the pack. 4.7 Packing Code 007. Product application = Blanks. 1. An un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm needs to be inserted between the wooden pallet the material. Done prior to stacking of the material. 2. Polypropylene corner edge protector s 450gsm on the length of the case one on each side of case. 3. Polypropylene corner edge protector s 450gsm on the width of the case one on each side of case. 4. Un-embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm on top of the case must be same size as the case, welded onto the edge protectors. 5. Apply PET strapping around case. 2 x PET strapping in length 2 x PET strapping in width 6. Apply two bar code labels. One of each side neat next to the strapping. 7. Blanks with gauges 0.5mm gets an edge guard (40x40x4) paper edge protectors along all the edges of the case.

An un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm needs to be inserted between the wooden pallet the material. Done prior to stacking of the material. 2. Polypropylene corner edge protector s 450gsm on the length of the case one on each side of case. 3. Polypropylene corner edge protector s 450gsm on the width of the case one on each side of case. 4. Un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm need to be placed between the different stacks to prevent the edges from touching each other. 5. Un-embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm on top of the case must be same size as the case, welded onto the edge protector. 6. Apply PET strapping around case. 2 x PET strapping in length 2 x PET strapping in width 7. Apply two bar code labels. One of each side neat next to the strapping. 8. Strips of un-embossed polypropylene Corex sheets 450 gsm are placed between the stacks of blanks of the case. 4.9 Packing Code 010. Product application = Coils. 1. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 850gsm polo. One on each side. 2. Embossed Polypropylene Corex 450gsm sheet around the circumference of coil. 3. Embossed Polypropylene Corex 450gsm sheet in the inner eye of the coil. 4. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut, folded welded together. 5. Coils for Franke Pabar are strapped to a 2B pallet with 2 X 19mm PET strapping around the coil 2B pallet.( Slits for Onvlee Engineering must get an additional strap at 6 o clock position to the 2B pallet.) 6. Apply two barcode labels. One on each side Packing Code 011. Product application = Coils. 1. Corex edge protector, one on each side. 2. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 850gsm polo. One on each side. 3. Polypropylene PPH sheet around the circumference of coil. 4. Polypropylene PPH sheet in the inner of the coil. 5. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut, folded welded together. 6. Cut a V-shaped tong protector for the walls of the coil 7. Attach the tong protector to the walls of the coil at 12 o clock- one on each side. 8. Attach a this side up label to both tong protectors. 9. Apply two barcode labels. One on each side.

If the gauge is (smaller than or equal to) 6mm: There must be 3 straps around the circumference of the coil. 2. If the gauge is > (bigger than) 6mm: 5 straps must be applied around the circumference of the coil. 3. Regardless of the gauge, always 6 straps through the eye of the coil spaced in a Y-shape in three groups of two with the first two straps always on the lip of the coil. 4. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 850gsm polo. One on each side. 5. Polypropylene sheet (PPH) around the circumference of coil. 6. Polypropylene sheet (PPH) in the inner of the coil. 7. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut, folded welded together. 8. Apply two barcode labels. One on each side Packing Code 015. Product application = Coils. 1. If the gauge is (smaller than or equal to) 6mm: There must be 3 straps around the circumference of the coil. 2. If the gauge is > (bigger than) 6mm: 5 straps must be applied around the circumference of the coil. 3. Regardless of the gauge, always 6 straps through the eye of the coil spaced in a Y-shape in three groups of two with the first two straps always on the lip of the coil. 4. Apply two barcode labels, one on each side of the coil Packing Code 016. Product application = Coils. (Split into 150 mm & >150mm wall height) 1. Embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm around the circumference of coil. 2. Embossed Polypropylene Corex sheet 450gsm in the inner of the coil. 3. Circumference wrap inner bore wrap then cut, fold welded together. 4. Ensure that a small square piece of black Corex sheet (50mmx50mm) must be welded to the fourth coil to identify the coil for logistics. 5. Apply two barcode labels. One on each side. 6. Apply fiber tape vertically on each side of the label. Two on the sides one in the middle. 7. Coils with wall heights more than 150mm will have Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 850gsm polo.

Corex edge protector on outer circumference edge one on both sides. 3. Embossed polypropylene Corex sheet around the circumference of the coil. (Same width as coil. 4. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 850gsm polo, one of each side. 5. Polypropylene (PPH) sheet around the circumference of the coil inner bore of the eye (wider than the coil) 6. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut, folded welded together. 7. Cut a V-shaped tong protector for the walls of the coil. 8. Attach the tong protector to the walls of the coil at 12 o clock-one on each side. 9. Attach a this side up label to both tong protectors. 10. Apply two barcodes labels, one at each side. Special Instruction for code Steel rings have to be inserted for all Export Stock coils that are coated with white or blue protective film. (Less than equal to 1.0mm) 12. Two rings for all coils 980mm only one ring for coils narrower than 980mm 13. The adjustable sides of the rings must be on three o clock nine o clock. 14. When the rings are inserted they must be adjusted on both adjusting bolts until it is firm secure. 15. This rule set only applies to export stock coils 5mm gauge local prime coils 0.8mm gauge Packing Code 020. Product application = Slits. 1. Slit is placed on an Eye to the Sky wooden pallet with blue low density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic sheet between the slit the wooden pallet. 2. One MPO Barcode labels stapled to the wooden pallet. 3. Two 19mm PET eye b strapping around the cross-bearer of the pallet to prevent the slit from falling if the outer strapping should break during transportation. One on each side of the slit. Two on each side of the slit for Fischer. 4. The blue low density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic sheet is then folded over into the eye of the slit. 5. Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex disc 450gsm on top of the slit cut to same size as slit outer diameter 6. Place a High density Polyethylene (HDPE) formed top outer edge protector around to top circumference of the slit mm PET strapping is used. One around the HDPE formed top outer edge protector. Two across the slit. 8. Two barcode labels are applied. One on the front side of the slit the other on the rear side of the slit.

Slit is placed onto an Eye to Sky wooden pallet with blue low density Polypropylene (LDPE) plastic between the slit wooden pallet. 2. Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex polo (450GSM) on top of the slit cut to same size as slit outer diameter. 3. Apply two eye b PET strapping, one on each side. 4. Place 4x 50x50x500 wooden blocks, that s cut to the same size as the slit. 5. Place Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex polo 450gsm on top of the runners cut to same size as the slit outer diameter. 6. The next slit is then placed on top. 7. Apply two eye b PET strapping around the top bottom slit; one on each side. 8. Eye b the slit around the cross bearer of the pallet to prevent the slit from falling if the outer strapping should break during transportation. 9. The blue (LDPE) sheet is then folded over into the eye of the slit. 10. Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex disc 450gsm on top of the slit cut to same size as slit outer diameter. 11. Place a High density Polyethylene (HDPE) formed top outer edge protector around to top circumference of the slit mm PET strapping: 1. One around the circumference to hold the edge protector in place. 2. Two across the slit stack. 13. Two x barcode labels are applied. One on the front side of the slit the other on the rear side of the slit. Note that the 8x50mm runners will be used at BN Packing Code 022. Product application = Slits. 1. Slit is placed on an Eye to the Sky wooden pallet mm PET Eye b strapping around the cross-bearer of the pallet to prevent the slit from falling if the outer strapping should break during transportation. One on each side. 3. High density Polyethylene (HDPE) is formed for the top outer edge protector mm PET strapping is used. One around the HDPE formed top outer edge protector. Two across the slit. 5. Two barcode labels are applied. One on the front side of the slit the other on the rear side of the slit.

Each slit is bubble wrapped through the eye around the barrel of the whole slit. 1.1 Slits for BSH must not be bubble wrapped. 2. Slits are then strapped together with 4 X 19mm PET Eye b strapping. Positions 2, 4, 8 & 10 O clock respectively. Place 50x50X500mm wooden blocks between the slits before they are strapped together. 2.1 Slits for BSH must be strapped together with 6x19mm PET eye b strapping in positions 2,3,4,8,9 10 o clock. 3. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex polo 850 gsm. One on each side. 4. Polypropylene Corex sheet around the circumference of coil. 5. Polypropylene Corex sheet in the inner of the coil. 6. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut welded together to form a tight pack. 7. Slits are then strapped to a 2B pallet with 2 X 19mm PET strapping. 8. Two barcode labels are applied. One on each side 4.19 Packing Code 024. Product application = Slits. 1. Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex polo 450gsm needs to be placed between each slit. (With ID of 380mm). 2. The stack of slits is eye b strapped at 3,6 x 9 0 clock with fiber tape. 3. The slits are placed on a Box type pallet with an Un-Embossed Polypropylene Corex 450gsm sheet blue low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic sheet between the bottom of the slit the wooden pallet. 4. One barcode label is stapled to the wooden pallet. 5. Blue low-density polyethylene plastic sheet is then folded over into the eye of the slits. 6. Place Un-embossed polypropylene corex disc 450gsm on top. 7. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) formed top outer edge protector mm PET strapping is applied 1 around the High-density formed top outer edge protector two across the slits. 9. Two barcode labels are applied. One on each side Packing Code 025. Product application = slits. 1. Slit is placed onto special eye to sky wooden pallet skid, except slits for flexider 20mm. 2. Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex polo 850gsm on the special skid together with blue low density polypropylene (LDPE). 3. Place the narrow width slit on top of skid.

Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex polo on top of slit with wooden planks (8mm x 50mm dimensions) across each other so that the planks protrude 10mm to the inside & 50mm to the outside.(4 planks) 5. Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex polo 450gsm on top. Repeat steps Place an un-embossed polypropylene Corex polo 450gsm on top of the slit cut to the same size as the outer diameter of the slit. 7. Apply four eye b PET strapping around the slits pallet. 8. The blue (LDPE) sheet is then folded over into the eye of the slit. 9. Place High-density polyethylene (HDPE) formed around the top circumference of the slit mm PET Strapping: 1. One around the circumference to hold the edge protector in place. 2. Two across the slit stack. 11. Two barcode labels are applied. One on the front side of the slit the other on the rear side of the slit Packing Code 026. Product application = slits. 1. Strap each slit with 6 x 32mm steel strapping on positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 o clock. 2. Place two slits of the same width diameter next to each other. 3. Place unembossed polypropylene corex polo (450 GSM) between the two slits cut the same size as the slit s outer diameter. 4. Strap the slits together with 6 x 32mm steel strapping to create a coil. The strapping must be on positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 11 o clock. The two slits must be as close as possible to prevent it from moving during transportation. 5. Apply embossed polypropylene corex 850gsm polo. One on each side of the coil. 6. Apply embossed polypropylene corex 450gsm sheet around the circumference of the coil. 7. Apply embossed polypropylene corex 450gsm sheet in the inner eye of the coil. 8. The discs, circumference wrap inner bore wrap are then cut, folded welded together. 9. Place the packed coil onto a special 2B skid strap it around the circumference to the skid with 3 x 32mm steel strapping. 10. Apply 2 barcode labels. One on each side. 5. CORRECTIVE ACTION Failure to pack according to these instructions could lead to Supplier Quality Improvement Notices being registered against Dispack.
