7 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats including primer on new work. 861 sqm. 30 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint "Trump" of M/s.Snowcem India Ltd., or equivalent of required shade for new work two or more coats applied at 1.67litre/10sqm.over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint snowcem plus or equivalent applied at 2.2kg./10sqm. 579 sqm. 31 French spirit polishing: Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler. 19 sqm. 32 Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc., complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement 4 sqm. 33 Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc., consisting of following operations. (a) applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement, admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment.

8 (b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to Is:2645 over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cment slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : (d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint-less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and finally finishing the surface with towel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x300mm square. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a miniumu period of two weeks for curing and for final test: All above operations to be done/in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65mm 134 sqm. 34 Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with Armourcrete of M/s.The Structural Water proofing Company Pvt. Ltd., or Tapecrete of M/s.CICO Engineering Services consisting of applying.

9 (a) First layer of slurry of 0.488kg/sqm mixed with Armourcrete or 0.253kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of kg/sqm mixed with Armourcrete or kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, tratment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. Note: Rendering/phosphating as protective layer, if required will be paid seperately. 13 sqm 35 Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20mm nominal thickness and of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. 120 sqm. 36 Supplying and laying approved quality Mangalore tiles over slope roof to a required height from the plinth level to the satisfaction of the architects including necessary cement mortar 1: 3, scaffolding, labour, cleaning the surface etc., complete. Laying charges only. Excluding cost of tiles. 26 sqm. 37 Supplying and filling the railway good quality coal dust (cinder) in sunken portions wherever required including ramming. PCC 1:2:4 shall be laid to a thickness 50 to 75mm to required slope including necessary water proofing admixture on the top of the cinder as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. 1.7 cum.

10 Providing and applying lathe plaster in 1:3 c.m. over steel and chicken mesh to an average thickness of 60mm, surface smooth finished in 1:6 c.m. including shuttering, scaffolding, curing, deshuttering, etc., complete as per the instructions of the architects. (Note: The quote shall include the cost of chicken mesh, binding wire) 10 sqm. 39 Providing and fixing Sintex make PVC water tanks of various sizes and capacities. The tank shall be fixed at the location as directed by the Engineerincharge. Brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm including painting of fitting and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required for 914mm x 510mm with drainboard. 2 Nos. 41 Providing and making and fixing T.W. panel doors of various sizes of frame and shutters, fixed in the masonry with total 6 Nos of 40mm x 6mm x 400mm long flat m.s. hold fasts embeded in cement concrete M 20 of 15cms thick, with 3 Nos. on either side of the door frames, shutters shall be of 35mm thick, with brass hinges 125mm x 30mm x 4mm long with all brass fittings like 2 Nos. of tower bolts 200mm long, two numbers 300mm and 20mm dia aldrops, door stopper 1 magnetic catcher 1 as per architects design, drawings and instructions of engineer-incharge.. 1) the door frame shall be of 65mm x 125mm.
