We believe that your new home should have that wow-factor and that you shouldn't have to allow for extra costs to achieve it. This is why we price every design to include all of the features that are shown in the façade image that we use.* If a timber look garage door is shown, that is what is included in the price! 18 18 OTHER FEATURES INSULATION Insulation as per BASIX Requirements WATERPROOFING All wet areas are fully sealed and waterproofed with 2 coats of membrane and copper trays to all showers for extra protection. 20 20 SITE COSTS Included in the price of every home are the following Site Costs: Supply and install of an M Class (32MPa) Slab Wind Certification and Contour Testing Underground Power Connection from the street boundary to meter box 80Lm Concrete Piering (any additional piering will be at additional cost). Provide temporary all weather access driveway Remove all associated rubbish from site ad clean works areas on completion of the construction works, including tip fees. Provide concrete pumps to pour piers and slab. Provide connections to sewer, stormwater, water, gas, and phone. (More details in Tender.) Provide and Maintain Sediment Control. Supply and Install Temporary site fence and temporary power; Provide sediment control, temp toilet, temp water, and signage to comply with OH&S and Council Requirements.
