Will you be flexible in your 3 designs submitted? Any changes need to be discussed with EGPAF-Mozambique beforehand. Suggested changes and deviations should be indicated in the proposal as such. 2. Do you have your own transporter working closely to deliver to the 20 various districts already? No the selected contractor is expected to arrange deliver and installation at all 20 sites. 3. Have you anticipated the required lifespan of each clinic to be? approximately 70 years Are these districts/sites within built up town or city (do you have GSP coordinates)? They are not in cities they are mostly in rural areas. Please find the below list of coordinates for each site. Will we accept the following payment terms? Payment terms: 50% deposit, 25% on proof of shipping, 25% on handover. We would accept these terms if a bank guarantee can be provided by the Contractor for the same amount of the advanced payment. Please note, that preference will be given to any firm that otherwise equal in their proposal and is willing to accept our payment terms. 5. Do you have any other information besides the ones mentioned in the website? Any specific further information can be requested and shall be shared with all bidders 6. Does the employer have better quality of drawings(dimension and other items are not clear)?. Precisions on dimensions can be furnished as per request 7. Do we supply the furniture (If so, we need a detailed spec for this)?. No, you will not supply the furniture. 8. Water, sewer and electrical reticulation to main points is excluded( If yes, please supply BOQ)? The quote shall contain estimated costs for installation and connection to the public reticulation system prior visit to sites is recommended. 9. Has the employer visited the sites? - Yes 10. Is the sites(s)easy accessible for abnormal truck?

3 As some sites are in remote rural areas, abnormal trucks might face difficulties. The access could be facilitated by the local community clearing access roads. 11. How s the ground/surface of sites (slope, bush or rocks to be cleared etc)? Require this information to price concrete works. Ground shall be relatively levelled as all sites have pre-existing infrastructures. Some minor levelling and ground work shall be included into the quotes. 12. Is there infrastructure such as water, sewer and electricity on proposed sites for the use of construction team? Water shall be available on site or at a reasonable distance 2,000 L water tank needs to be considered for concrete set up. Though electricity is generally present, it is recommended that Electricity supply (such as per fuel-powered-generator) is included in the quote. 13. Is there toilet facilities for construction team? Toilet facility shall be accessible at the Health Facility level. 14. Does the employer require medicals and induction? The area is malaria endemic hence, malaria prophylaxis is recommended clear water for drinking can be purchased locally. 15. Do we require to submit safety file? All work is at the installation company s SOLE risk. 16. Does the employer have safety guidelines? All work is at the installation company s SOLE risk. 17. Are we required to employ locals? what is the acceptable labour rate? And what is maximum number of locals we require to employ per site? Hiring local is not a requirement but will impact your pricing. Minimal wages in Mozambique are 250$ per month. 18. Is the employer going to be liable for taxes and duties? No. The contractor should build tax and duties into their pricing. 19. Will the employer provide work permits for construction team? Yes. 20. Has the funds being allocated for the project already? Funds have been budgeted and set aside for the project. 21. From date of invoice, how long does the employer take to pay? 30 Days

4 22. Can I submit a hard copy of my bid (I will also provide you a soft copy)? We request all copies of bids to be sent in soft copy as per the RFP. 23. Each structure must have a covered waiting area. This waiting area should be made of cement and the cover should be made of IBR zinc plates. The porch should be as per dimension specified in the plans, with running benches to accommodate patients. Questions What are the dimensions of the benches? They are equal in the three different waiting areas? Only the waiting area should be made in cement or the base should be including the total area of the building? The benches should be of standard dimension of some 40 cm of sitting area they shall be equal in all areas. Only the waiting area shall be made of cement the prefab can be installed on cement-pillars or cement base. 24. Stairs and access the contractor is responsible for the provision and installation of standard adequate stairs and access path to allow individuals to enter the facility. Questions What are the dimensions of the adequate stairs? Only in front or with the total width of the building? Stairs for access shall be in each waiting areas of 200 cm-width accessing the local ground level 25. Cost of transport of all materials to the health facilities and the cost of installation as well as connection to the local electricity and water supply need to be considered and included to have all systems functional. 6 26. The land where the prefab buildings are to be installed are clean, flat and has good access for lorries? As expressed above, there exist local buildings henceforth, the ground is generally levelled but contractor need to include some costs for adjustment. 27. Annex A (2. Each unit should have internal dimensions of 3 meters wide, cm high and 15 meters long with the specific room spacing and internal/external spacing requirements as per the drawing in Annex A). In this point the dimensions are 20m long but in the drawing in annex the building has only 15m long). Which is the correct dimension? 15 meters is the correct dimension thank you! 28. The floor finishing for all the buildings is not stated, i.e. ceramic tiles, vinyl, etc. Floor finishing shall be of ceramic tiles. 29. The dimensions of the building in annexure A are contradictory. The specificities on the drawing state that the length of the building is 15000mm(15m) while the dimensions on the drawing itself show a length of 12000mm(12m) and yet the specification in the tender document mention a length of 20000mm(20m). The dimensions of the buildings are as specified in the drawings: Annex A is 15m long Annex B&C are 9 m long respectively with 3 metres width and cm height always 30. Is the access to water at the sites? Or can water be collected close bye? If so what distance are we talking...? Quote needs to include a water-tank for collecting water from the vicinity which can be as far as 1 km. 31. Are working materials like sand and cement available at close proximity to the site? Sand is usually easily accessible from nearby riverbeds cement needs to be purchased and transported to the site. 32. Does the jojo tank need to be plumbed onto the units? The Elevated Water tank needs to be connected to the prefab structure and connected to the general water supply. 33. Does the proposal encompass the units only, or must the inside furniture also be supplied? NO furniture shall be included in the Contractor proposal. 34. Are you exempted from Import duties and taxes? No, we are not exempt form import duties and taxes.
