1 BOQ FOR INTERIOR FURNISHING WORKS OF BASEMENT AT H-6, INDIRA PALACE, CONNAUGHT CIRCUS, NEW DELHI FOR SHIFTING SME CITY CENTER BRANCH D E T A I L E D E S T I M A T E 1: Flooring 1.1 Providing & laying of 2' x 2' Vitrified Tile flooring of approved make & shade viz RAK (IMP-OFGY) or EURO (ATHENA) over necessary leveling screed of 1:4 cement mortar (20 mm thick) with proper slope wherever required including pointing of the joints with white cement and matching pigments, curing etc. complete in all respects (excluding Toilets and Non - Customer area) Sft. 2: Facade of Entrance 2.1 Providing and fixing in position Aluminium composite panel Boxing with PVDF coating & LDPE core laminated/ Eurobond/ Altobond/ Alukbond Exterior Grade 4 mm thick with composite or (0.5mm-3mm-0.5mm) including fabrication for the same with aluminium sections, required hardware, silicon. sealent (Dow Corning 789) masking tape, necessary scaffolding etc. as detailed in drawing Sft. 3: False Ceiling (Armstrong) 3.1 Providing & fixing in position false ceiling In Armstrong 600 x 600 mm x 15/16 mm Dune Supreme RH 99 Prima tile with Tegular edge framework as specified by Armstrong Co. with suspenders wherever required. Making necessary framework for AC. ducting, if any, and necessary cutouts for diffusers and light fittings, taping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors for A C unit in 18mm thick M. R. Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1" x 1" for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc Sft. 2 4: False Ceilinq (Gypsum Board) 4.1 Providing & fixing in position false ceiling In Sft. Gypboard 12mm thick for horizontals & verticals fixed over G.I. framework as specified by India Gypsm Co. Ltd. including trap doors for A C unit in 18mm thick M.R. Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1" x 1" for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. (Note:- 'Only the plan area will be measured for payment. No extra payment will be made for cutouts, grooves, mouldings etc. ) 5: Painting 5.1 Providing and applying POP punning of mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge Sft. 5.2 Finishing walls with textured interior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint 2.20 kg/10 sqm with rollers/ spray of make ACRO/ approved make. 5.3 Providing & applying White Plastic Emulsion paint of Asian Paints/ ICI Dulux/ Berger and Sporty Yellow-X104 shade of Royal Luxury Emulsion of Asian Paints in minimum 2 coats including primer & making good existing surface to receive new paint including cleaning on completion of painting work etc Sft Sft. 6: Entrance Door 6.1 Providing and fixing glazed door with 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved make with all SS patch fittings (Hettich/ Haffele/ Dorma) and frosting as per drawing. Item to include floor springs, lock, 300 mm long D- handles and other necessary hardware of Stainless Steel of make Hettich/ Haffele/ Dorma all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Bank. 6.2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved make with frosting film of make 3M as per drawings. Item to include all necessary hardware of SS finish as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank required for fixing the glass all complete as per the directions of the Architect Sft Sft. 2 Geotech Technical Associates

3 7: Wall Panelling 7.1 Providing and fixing in position wall panelling (upto height of 1.2 m) in 600 X 600 mm grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 25 mm X 50 mm kail wood section with 6 mm thick plywood on one side finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade including grooves as/ Architect. The top of panelling to be finished with teakwood 50 X 10 mm thick with half round nosing. The rate to include for provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cut-outs for electrical switches, switch boxes, conduiting, receiving A.C.'s etc. as per drawings. All exposed teakwood surfaces, grooves and the like to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour or as directed. The wood frame work to be applied with 2 coats of fire retardent paint and 1 coat of anti-termite wood preservative all complete as per the drawings and directions of Engineer-incharge/ Architect and drawings Sft. 3 Geotech Technical Associates

4 Contractor to use proper masking tapes while polishing grooves etc. to prevent any damage to laminate. [Note:- Incase of wall not being true to plumb extra shims of kail wood shall be provided. (all framwork used to be painted with anti termite paint and Blockboard / Plywood / Particle Board Should be Termite and powder proof (MR grade). TOTAL = SAY 4 Geotech Technical Associates

5 8: Partly Glazed Low Height Partition SAY 8.1 Providing and fixing in position partly glazed low height partition (2 1/2" thick) in frame work with T. W. vertical members at 2' c/c and 3 horizontal members at equal distance comprising of 2" x 1 1/2" T.W. Section with 6 mm plywood on both Sft. sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved make and shade as shown in drawing no.(14) or (3). Item to include 12 mm thick glass (clear/ frosted) to be. fixed as shown in drawing. The exposed edges of the glass to be finished in mirror polish. T.W. runner should be melamine polished in matching colour of laminate etc (all framwork used to be painted with anti termite paint and Blockboard / Plywood / Particle Board Should be Termite and powder proof (MR grade). 9: Solid Full Height Partition 9.1 Providing and fixing in position partly glazed Full Height Partition work as shown in the drawing including door as shown in the drawing in frame work at 2' x 2' grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2" x 1 1/2" T.W. Section and / or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawings. Item to include 8 mm thick glass with etching and frosting as per design and 2"x 2" T.W. member for door sides and glass sides and TW. door frame to take 8 mm thick glass with etching and frosting. All exposed TW. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/ hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank (Note: In case of false ceiling, the vertical T.W. members to be fixed with pucca ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only) Sft. 6 10: Manager's Table 10.1 Providing and fixing in position Manager's Table of 1.00 Each size 7'-0" x 3'-0" as per drawing.telescopic CPU Stand/ ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided of approvep model and make. Footrest made with T.W. member of size 4" X 1-1/2" finished with french polish. All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade, and all exposed edges of table top & ply verticals to have 1" X 1/4" T.W. lipping. All exposed T.W. sections to be melamined and internal surfaces to have white enamel paint as directed. Item to include plywood boxing, all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, lipping to all edges etc. (All Blockboard/ Plywood/ Particle Board Should be Termite and powder proof (MR grade) Same as above but size 6'-0"X 2'-6" 1.00 Each 11: Officer's Table 11.1 Providing and fixing in position Officer's Table of size 5'-0" x 2'-6" as per drawing.telescopic CPU Stand/ ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided of approvep model and make. Item to include plywood boxing, all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, lipping to all edges etc. (All Blockboard/ Plywood/ Particle Board Should be Termite and powder proof (MR grade) Each 12: Full height Storage/ Low Height Storage/ Back Storage(Credenza): Providing and fixing in position Full height Storage/ Low Height Storagel Back Storage (1'-6" wide) as shown in Drg. using Plywood of required thickness finished with 1 mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing and all other sides shall be finished with white enamel paint as detailed therein.the Storage Units shall be provided with handles (Stainless Sft. Steel finish) as per approval of the Project.Consultant/ Bank. All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1 mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of plywood to have 1" x 1/4" T.W.lipping. All exposed T.W. sections to be melamined in matching colour laminate and internal surfaces to have white enamel paint as directed. Item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, Godrej multi purpose locks including magnetic ball catcher etc., complete in all respects. 7 13: Notice Board:- Fabrication and fixing of Notice board made of aluminium frame filled with soft board covered with fabric matching the shade of the furniture as per the Architect. The outer frame of the Notice board is to be finished with powder coating so as to match the colour of the Wall Sq. ft 14: Doors: Solid Flush door: Providing and fixing 30 mm thick marine grade flush door with teakwood lipping on all sides finished in 1 mm thick laminate on both sides of approved shade of make Merino with all necessary hardware including SS door handle (Dorma), SS stopper, lock, door closer (Dorma), SS butt hinges etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge Sq. ft TOTAL INTERIOR FURNISHING WORK 7 Geotech Technical Associates
