Before starting grouting cracks shall be open in V groove & wash it with plenty of water to make crack dust free and oil free and all loose material shall be removed and crack filling shall be done from both sides of masonary with special type of expanding grout crack filler material like perma crack fill or its equivalent. Pressure grouting shall be done with pressure pump add pressure at which grout is injected and all necessary tools and tackles, scaffolding, labours, transportation etc., complete as directed by E.I.C. Cement will be supplied free of cost by the Board. Measurement of length of cracks will be given for one side only in case of through cracks. I.e. (Cracks running through full thickness of brick wall) 3 Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated bars [TMT bars] confirmed to IS 1786 FE 415 for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position etc. completed for G.F.+F.F+ Stair cabin 4 Removing the existing water proofing tretment/ips irrespective of layers including base concrete, throwing the stuff as & where directed within a radius of 500 Mt. 3 5 Providing and laying broken china mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slop and to be tempered to bring mortar crème out upto surface using with cement including rounding of junctioned and extending them up to 15 cm along the wall clening with water oxalic acid etc. complete as directed and finally finishing flooding 75mm deep with water on terrace for a period of two week including removing the existing treatment if any. 4 11 Providing distempering [Three coats] with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade on undecorated wall /ceilingsurface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth 12 Providing & applying 2 coats of APOCOLITE APEX or its euqi.acrylic EXTERIOR paint on exiting plastered surface or approved make & shade including finishing & thinning as per manufacture s instruction A gap of 6 hrs.should be given between 2 subsequent coats.the work should be carried out strictly as per manufacture s specification and requirement comp.as directed by EIC 13 Providing & applying 2 coats of ACID / ALKALI resisting paint of approved shade & make to wall, ceiling including filling putty smoothing the surfaces scaffolding etc., complete as directed by E.I.C. 14 Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enemal paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface with enemal paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter 15 Providing & Fixing FINOLEX brand or equivalent rigid PVC. Pipe for rain water including necessary fittings like bends shoe, cowl etc.& fixing the pipes to the wall in plumb by means of GI.Clamps of 18 gauge sheet with 1 to1.5 meter distance,filling the joints with approved solution complete as directed by EIC.110mm dia O.D PVC pipe 16 Providing & fixing FRP door of 28 mm thick FRP shutter with 1.5 to 2.0 mm thick fire retardent grade FRP skin in depressed Panel design having extra reinforcement on sides & edges &Gel coat finish.the core of the shutter is to be filled up with injected retardent grade polyurethane foam done in situ along with embedded wooden pieces for stiffening and also for fixing hinges and fixtures.the whole FRP frame and shutter is to be water proof, weather proof, termite proof and resistance to mild acid/alkali including SS hinges with necessary screws and aluminum fixture and fastenings and fastener sleeve Smt Smt Smt Smt Rmt SMT

5 17 Demolition of Brick work & stone masonry including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of un serviceable materials with all leads & lifts. In C.M. 18 Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/Sqm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) for foundation and plinth. Conventional bricks. 19 Applying two coats of Birla or acrylic lappy (putty) and two coats of primer of approved brand and maufacture on new wall surface to give even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droping and other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth. 20 Providing supplying fabricating and erecting chain link fencing panel of size 2400x2000mm made from 75x75mm & 10 gauge GI chain link & 50x50x6mm angle including fixing and chain link in angle frame by means of 40x3 mm MS flat welded to angle frame. Drilling of holes in angle frame and flat, fixing the same with angle post in line, level and plumb by means of 10 mm dia bolts and nuts in frame and flat with hot deep galvanizing as per IS-2633/72 & 209 of 1966 or latest amendment, etc complete as per drawing as directed by EIC. (All this materials like MS flat, chain link fencing, MS angles, bolts, nuts will have to be supplied by the contractor.item includes removing & refixing of existing fencing panel and fabrication in piecemeal) 21 Providing & fixing sliding gate of 40mm. Dia Mild Steel Pipe `B' class all round and 20mm. dia. Mild Steel Pipe at 200mm. C/C and 12mm. Mild Steel Square bars at 200mm.C/C alternatively (i.e. ONE BETWEEN TWO PIPES)vertically welded to 40mm. dia. pipe frame as per drawing and design with necessary brackets, hold fasts, locking arrangement on top & aldrop on both the sides including base rail for sliding the gate having ball bearing rollers & guide track of 50X6mm. M.S. Flat with hold fast, fabrication of side supports including fixing `G.E.B. letters on front side etc., complete with three coats of approved oil painting & one coat of red oxide primer as directed by E.I.C. Barbed wire fencing (12/14 Gauge) having mass and uniformity of Zinc coating & specifications shall be as per IS & IS code with minimum 70 micron coating having 3 horizontal rows, fixing with angle posts by means of G.I.
