Providing all necessary Job 11, L.S. 11, equipments and carrying out all necessary survey for establishing and marking out of the centre line of the bridge, approaches and various other components, structures and fixing the locations with necessary masonry pillars for lines, levels with theodolite, establishing and fixing necessary Temporary Bench Marks related to GTS datum including maintaining the same till the end of the work, preparing and supplying 6 copies of site survey record plan all as directed by the Engineer etc. complete. 2. Shift and locate boring/ drilling equipment from one location to another including all leads and lifts, surveying the site for establishment of bore hole location, preparation of location plans and fixing ground surface levels with reference to datum R. L. and observing ground No. 10,660.00

Providing tuntappa box of jungle wood of size 1.25m x 0.55m x 0.15m size for preserving core samples with all fixtures and fastening and conveying to the site office or to the head quarters as directed by Engineer. 5. Collecting undisturbed soil samples at every 1.50 M depth in various strata encountered in bore holes for depth up to 8 M in soil as directed with 75mm dia and 660mm. long thin wall samples (tube returnable) , Rmt. 1,96, , No. 82, No. 18,096.00

Carrying out soil lab tests as specified on undisturbed and disturbed soil samples for characterization of soil profile at site laboratory & submission of laboratory observation sheet, graphs etc. as per I S 2720 (latest version) as directed by Engineer. Conducting Standard Penetration Test (SPT) as per specifications and as directed by Engineer and reporting the results in the form approved by the Engineer. These tests shall be conducted in overburden soil at various levels of bore holes as per relevant specifications, directives of Engineer and IS 2131 including collecting disturbed samples from the split-spoon test equipment and preserving the same in polythene bags all as directed by the Engineer for 100mm dia. bore hole including labour and material etc. complete. (Note: SPT to be carried out at every 1.5M interval in each bore hole till N value is greater than 100.) 8. Providing & carrying out PLATE-LOAD TESTS complete with necessary & adequate kent ledge load, instrumentations for determining the safe bearing capacity of strata along with submission of reports & graphs etc. complete as per directed No. 17, , No. 1,25,000.00

The design shall be as per IS , but the minimum cement content shall be as per clause of Particular Specifications. 2 All item rates of RMC is with all lifts and leads, with contractors labour material, tools & plants, including using pumps if required for placing the ready mix at all levels. 3 The contractor has to obtain approval of the foundations strata from competent authority of CIDCO and also ascertain the SBC value of the strata at his own cost by approved method/approved laboratory. 4 The excavation item rate is inclusive of careful removal of serviceable earth/material and stacking the same separately for reusing purpose as directed by Engineer. 5 The un useful material/earth shall be disposed off with all lifts and a lead upto 5.0km as directed by Engineer. Providing and fixing in deck slab galvanized iron 100 mm. (about 4 ) diameter drain spouts with galvanized iron U No. 74, clamps, with scaffolding, including all lifts & leads, as per drawing, (0.6m long with G.I. grating) specifications and as directed by Engineer. 2. Providing and laying along piers 100mm dia approved G.I. downtake pipe having embossed at every meter the I.S.I. mark and name of manufacturer, and having outer dia mm & weight kg/Rm with screwed sockets, joints, and necessary galvanized iron fittings such as backnuts, elbows, bends, tees, reducers, enlargers, plugs etc. including necessary drilling in holes in piers etc. applying primer and two coats of oil painting including necessary scaffolding, conveying & stacking wherever necessary as directed by the Engineer Rmt. 7,78,320.00
