2 Building Excellence IV Capital Levy Arbor Heights Elementary School Site: Maintaining temporary erosion control. South Building: Exterior sheathing nearly complete. Light-gauge metal stud framing continues at floors 2 and 3. Mechanical, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in ongoing at floors 1, 2, and 3. Arbor: Slab-on-grade placed, structural steel bridge erection is in-progress. North Building: Slab-on-grade placed at the administrative office and entry/lobby. Steel erection at entry canopy and covered play area is nearly complete. Light-gauge metal stud framing is underway at floor 3. Membrane roofing is in-progress at the east roof. Metal roof decking is completing at the cafeteria.

Backfilling around footings and underground piping when weather allows. Cement treating soil as necessary. Elementary School: Steel erection continues on the main building. Concrete slab preparation and waterproofing continuing. Concrete slabs being placed dependent on weather. Middle School: Forming concrete footings and placement occurring. Waterproofing and backfilling footing stem walls. Underground utility work on-going to prepare for slabs.

Area 1: Gypsum Wallboard (GWB) finishing process continues, continue to install ceramic floor and wall tile in bathrooms, continue interior painting and installation of vinyl wall covering, continued installation of window frames and glazing and installed doors at end of corridors. Area 2: Continue to install flashings at window openings; continue to install window frames, plumbing, and electrical rough-in ongoing. Area 3: CMU veneer installation is ongoing; miscellaneous interior framing ongoing, installation of GWB is ongoing; mechanical, plumbing and firesprinkler rough-in ongoing and beginning installation of operable wall track at stage. Area 4: CMU veneer is ongoing, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in ongoing and installed form insulation.

Building A: Area (A1) Exterior metal stud framing, Electrical equipment /conduit and HVAC installs continue. Area (A2) metal stud framing continues on 2 nd and 3 rd floors. Gypsum wallboard and exterior sheeting continue. Mechanical, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in ongoing. (A3) Structural steel completed. Floor slab prepared for concrete, capillary break rock complete Final steel and welding complete. Building B: Slab on grade ready for pour pending good weather. Welding and bolting completed. Roofing to continue. Building C: Slab on grade continues to be covered and protected. Stage stairs concrete completed. Metal roof deck welding completed. Roof Insulation and roofing material to continue weather permitting.

Began erecting structural steel in the southwest corner of building. Building B: Completed erecting structural steel for mechanical penthouse and continued at Building A connection. Continued placing decking on library roof. Continued exterior framing and continued install HVAC ductwork for first floor. Began plumbing rough-in in west bathrooms on first floor.
