3 ii) NY requires part B iii) WI would support addition of chloride testing iv) GA uses T 260 v) IL requires water soluble by ASTM C 1218 vi) Industry feedback: A lot of variation on this specific test across s b) Sulfate by AASHTO T 105 i) GA does not use T 105 ii) NY uses T 105 for bag materials iii) WI would support the addition of sulfate testing if coarse aggregates are part of the material iv) Industry feedback: not a lot of states require sulfate testing c) Poll of states on the line: Would you support the addition of this test to the RSCP Work Plan? Additionally, some of these may be in the realm of bridges and not in the scope of the RSCP committee. To be discussed during next call. 6) Vertical/overhead products a) Can we add some form of field/performance test? i) There is interest from states in performance testing for vertical/overhead products, but due to unique challenges and liability considerations it has not been actively pursued

5 ii) Action Item: state members to provide any current or previously considered field/performance testing specifications for V/O products at their agencies that NTPEP could consider b) Should we consider separating the lab testing? 7) Open Discussion a) Bill Real - NTPEP Usage survey concluded in April, results made available to chairs/vicechairs. Plan is to put it on the NTPEP.org homepage. i) The NTPEP website is will be migrated to WordPress and the results may not be available until after the transition later this year. b) Brian Carmody NYS - question of plant/manufacturing facility tracking specifically in regard to aggregate sulfate content? c) Mass horizontal fast set requirements for consideration by the group: 8) Action Items a) Action Item: Mark to provide pricing estimate to NTPEP for acid/water/both chloride testing b) Action item: state members to review their specifications for these specific programs (elastomeric, 2-part rapid set, and cementitious non-portland) and share with group. c) Action Item: state members to provide any current or previously considered field/performance testing specifications for V/O products at their agencies that NTPEP could consider 9) Next Call September 19 th pm Eastern Time
