7 USACE Albuquerque District FY18 Significant Projects Military Construction (MILCON) Design Build North Fitness Center, Cannon AFB, NM Advertise Date: 2 nd Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: Full & Open, Best Value. Contract Magnitude: $10M - $25M Project Description: Design and Construction of a new auxiliary North Fitness Center, (5,032 SM). The new facility will include a 4-lane, 25-meter swimming pool, an elevated indoor running track (1/8th mile), and an open workout area for unit physical training and group exercise. Dangerous Cargo Pad & CATM Facility, Cannon AFB, NM Advertise Date: 3 rd /4 th Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: TBD Contract Magnitude: $25M - $50M Project Description: Construction of a dangerous cargo pad area and new combat arms training and maintenance (CATM) facilities to include an indoor small arms range, CATM building, and the Rod and Gun Club facility with a trap and skeet range.

FY18 Acquisition Strategy: TBD Contract Magnitude: $5M - $10M Project Description: Construct addition to and alter the existing General Purpose Maintenance (GPMX) facility for a C-130 Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) maintenance shop. Design Build Fixed Ground Control Station, Holloman AFB, NM Advertise Date: 3 rd Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: TBD Contract Magnitude: $1M - $5M Project Description: Construct a Fixed Ground Control Station (FGCS) facility using conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. The facility will include a reinforced concrete foundation, structural steel frame, masonry walls and a standing seam metal roof.

9 USACE Albuquerque District FY18 Significant Projects Interagency & International Support (IIS) TA-55 PEI Support Facility, Los Alamos National Labs (LANL), NM Advertise Date: 2 nd Qtr. FY18 (out for bids) Acquisition Strategy: Full & Open, Best Value. Contract Magnitude: $5M - $10M Project Description: Construction of a 9,500 square foot, one story pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) including a fire alarm and fire suppression system. Construction of this project will take place on a highly secured site. All contractor personnel will be required to have DOE "Q" or DOE "L" or will have to provide escort personnel for unsecured employees. East Jemez, NM 502 & NM 4 Road Improvements, Los Alamos County, NM Advertise Date: 2 nd Qtr. FY18 (out for bids) Acquisition Strategy: Total SB Set Aside, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Contract Magnitude: $5M - $10M Project Description: The work consist of milling the existing surfaces, and installing new asphalt. The work will be executed in accordance with NMDOT/USACE standards.

10 USACE Albuquerque District FY18 Significant Projects Civil Works McKinley Channel Phase VIII, Alamogordo, NM Advertise Date: 4 th Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: Total SB Set Aside, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Contract Magnitude: $10M - $25M Project Description: The proposed project consists of reinforced concrete lining of the existing McKinley ditch for approximately 8,100 linear feet. The channel includes splitter walls and access ramps. The purpose of the McKinley Channel is to route flood flows from McKinley Canyon through the developed areas of the City of Alamogordo. La Joya Acequia, Socorro County, NM Advertise Date: 3 rd /4 th Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: 8(a) set aside Contract Magnitude: $1M - $5M Project Description: the project consists of improvements to the La Joya Acequia Irrigation Ditch. Approximately 5,000 feet of concrete lined ditch and 5,000 feet of 48" diameter pipe.

FY18 Acquisition Strategy: TBD Contract Magnitude: $5M - $10M Project Description: Remove sedimentation and dewatering of the stilling basin. Additionally dredging upstream of the dam will be part of the contract. Conchas Electrical Upgrade, Conchas Dam, NM Advertise Date: 4 th Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: 8(a) set aside Contract Magnitude: $1M - $5M Project Description: Removal and replacement of electrical components. Upgrade heating and cooling units. Install a backup generator and solar array. Trinidad Rip Rap, Trinidad Dam, CO Advertise Date: 4 th Qtr. FY18 Acquisition Strategy: 8(a) set aside Contract Magnitude: $1M - $5M Project Description: Replace the sandstone rip rap currently in place with granite rip rap. The sand stone rip rap has begun to deteriorate and replacing it with granite will reduce the need for maintenance caused by erosion on the face of the dam and help extend the life the dam.
