2 A Week in Review Patient Wing Interior sheetrock is 99% complete in the Patient Wing proper Taping and finishing is following behind sheetrock, and Nunn is preparing rooms for paint Exterior stone continued this week, moving over to the west side and the section of stone wall at the ED entrance Sheetrock hanging and MEP rough-in in the ED corridor are almost complete The stucco crew working to fix the east wall switched focus to getting the scratch and brown coats up on the ED corridor exterior and then breaking down their scaffold to allow snow melt piping and concrete paving to start The finish coat will follow after concrete paving is complete The fourth normal power switchover took place Thursday night for panel NH-1 and ATS-1 Repairs to the existing irrigation main line are complete and the line at the helipad has been buried MOB Overhead MEP work is almost complete on both floors Exterior insulation and liquid flashing are almost complete, the remaining material arrived Friday and insulation will resume next week on the northeast corner of the building Windows and flashing installation are following behind exterior insulation on the first floor Scaffold was set up on the west, north, and south exterior walls for stucco and the metal lath is being installed starting on the west side of the building

3 Patient Wing Stucco scratch and brown coats started this week and are complete, the stone wall at the vestibule is almost complete

4 Patient Wing Light pole bases at the ED driveway were prepped and poured this week

5 Patient Wing sheetrock and MEP rough-in are almost complete in the ED corridor

6 What s Next? Patient Wing Four Corners Asphalt will be here the week of the 16 th to begin asphalt base in preparation for paving for the north section of the parking lot Painters are planned to start Monday next week Ceramic tile will follow shortly after painting Snow melt piping and concrete paving are planned for next week The plan still is to have the temporary main entrance ready October 16 th, Nunn will push hard for this date but it will likely slide a couple days There is another power switchover planned next week on October 12 th for ATS-5 MOB With the remaining insulation delivered, exterior insulation should wrap up next week and the remaining window flashing will follow behind it The building should be dried in within the next couple weeks Sheetrock crews will move over from the Patient Wing next week to begin hanging sheetrock on the first floor The stucco crew is planned to shift over to the MOB once the Patient Wing stucco is completed and after air and weather barrier system is complete The interior blocking subcontractor is going return next week to finish up blocking The elevator installation is currently on hold until the hoist beams are revised

7 MOB Scaffold is being set up in preparation for stucco to begin next week

8 MOB Flashing and window installation is ongoing on the first floor, the second will follow next week
