34 The modern paintshop with an area of 8000 m 2 allows painting of large elements with maximum dimensions: Length 27,5 m, Width 4,7 m, Height 3,8 m and maximum weight of 64 tons; We are able to prepare surface and paint also elements with complicated shapes; Paintshop capacity: 3500 tons monthly. 34

35 We offer a full service of Zinc Spray Coating which includes: Mechanical cleaning (shot blasting) to PN-EN ISO , Thermal spraying of the metal layer (zinc), Sealing of the zinc layer with additional paint layers. With this method we protect huge elements (especially for bridges) with maximum dimensions: Length 27,5 m, Width 4,7 m, Height 3,8 m and maximum weight of 64 tons; The thickness of such metal layer: between 50 and 300 microns; We have 9 devices for Zink Metal Spraying with the arc method; Capacity: 1000 tons monthly. 35
