It helps optimizing the drilling and blasting patterns. The project costs will remain low, and smooth proceeding of the tunneling work is guaranteed as the isure gives specific guidance for different stages of drilling and blasting process. Therefore, an overall approach for the tunneling project is an absolute necessity when excavation quality is on focus. Drill plan design The isure is an integrated solution that combines tunnel line, theoretical profile design, drill plan design and data collection analysis. The power and undenied strength of the tool is that, contrary to the traditional approach, the pattern is designed in the end of the round where successful blasting is at its most critical. This provides hole burden calculus and optimization of hole location, thus ensuring optimized blasting and supplying better pull-out, decreased need for scaling, increased rock loadability and smoother collaring in the following round. a project TRee FoR data management The isure offers a project tree for combining all tunnel plans in one project one project can thus include either one tunnel plan or several different plans. The design of the theoretical profile can be done either manually by using the drawing elements in the program, or choosing one of the standard profiles provided in the isure. It is also possible to import a profile in.dxf format from the AutoCad. 4 Exact information saves your time and money Report The Report module supplies official reports that are legitimate with the authorities. You can receive information on the actual drilling process on four levels: per round, per user (= instance of use), per service (= maintenance interval), and per lifetime. The reports include data on the time used for different phases in the drilling process and rock tools consumption per set intervals. Analysis Remote access available Quick and easy plans editing isure Analysis offers measuring-while-drilling data collection and reporting for analyzing rock structure and characteristics. The module collects data on 13 parameters: Anti-jamming state, drilling control setting, feed pressure, flushing flow, flushing pressure, penetration rate, percussion pressure, rock detect, rotation pressure, rotation speed, stabilator pressure, state of flushing flow, and waterpump pressure. The MWD data can be studied after drilling. As a separate option, an On-line MWD is available. It offers MWD and round shape in real time in 3D. It is connected to the jumbo either via Ethernet or WLAN. Bolting isure Bolting makes use of one machine possible in both, drilling and bolting. The Sandvik DTi jumbo allows you to utilize the drill and bolt plans at the same time, with one navigation of the machine when appropriate. Another great benefit of isure Bolting lies in the tool s ability to supply reports on the planned and the actual bolt locations, in other words, reporting is possible in both, the drill plan and project coordinate systems. This promotes systematic bolting and reporting of actual bolt hole locations. Additionally, the isure Analysis offers a possibility to draw a profile based on the actual bolt locations. The Bolting module allows design of up to 5 bolting fans in the same plan. The plan includes hole placement and direction, hole generating and fan management tools, and 3D visualization. Data exchange Tunnel line, navigation set up, the drill and bolt plans, and data collection files are transferred to and from the jumbo with a USB drive. To speed up the process, a remote access via the WLAN network is available. The remote access also offers monitoring features: You can see the jumbo display in your screen at the office. This allows drilling work progression follow up as well as locating any possible deviations. Bolting MWD
