2 Introduction Nafal Industrial LLC is the first and only Scaffolding manufacturer in the Sultanate of Oman. The establishment of Nafal Industrial in 2012 was inspired by the company s shareholders burning desire to participate and contribute pro actively in the visionary infrastructure developments of the government of Oman guided by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said. The company operates under the registered signature trademark, which it aims to transform into a household name symbolizing INTERNATIONAL SAFETY AND QUALITY SCAFFOLDING INSTALLATIONS STANDARDS across the construction industry both locally and internationally. This goal shall be achieved through our strategic deployment of the company s strict corporate principles which include safe production processes, internationally certified quality standards, excellent customer care, competitive pricing, among a mix of other corporate policy instruments. Nafal Industrial products under the trademark include Standards, Ledgers, Base Jacks, Universal Jacks, and Intermediate Transoms plus a large variety of high quality scaffolding components, all of which are detailed in technical depth in this brochure for your perusal. Nafal Industrial LLC is committed to train and employ young Omanis at all levels of the company s corporate structure, and more so in the highly important technical fields which are critical in our quest to drive the future growth of the company and its products into success. This policy is pursuant to the benchmarks set forth under the regulations of the Ministry of Manpower Development in the Sultanate of Oman. Besides the conspicuous name, products also sport a unique colour specifically designed to enable our customers to easily identify our products as a sign of trust and quality. Nafal Industrial LLC is located at the strategic Sohar Industrial Zone and has an office in Muscat at Ghala Industrial Zone.

The purpose of this policy is to build up our commitment to: Ensure that efforts of each employee are directed to contribute for achieving excellence in Safety, Health, Work Environment, Quality & Productivity. Routinely evaluate the practices, procedures and implement the necessary actions to maintain and improve Safety & Health of Employees To share relevant HSE information with our employees and ensure, appropriate training takes place. Promote Safety Culture. Ensure that every employee, whose work may create an HSE impacts shall be trained & held accountable for complying with this Policy & related HSE Legislation in the Sultanate of Oman. Ensure that the environment is protected against pollution during production activities. Ensure, proper reporting of all injuries, incidents and occupational illness, and investigation are of fundamental importance in their prevention. Ensure that Employees when perform work at production unit & on machineries, are fully aware of hazards and safe work practices. Encourage, reporting of near misses and HSE violations, so that everyone can contribute to the Safety of the Community. Set quantifiable HSE objectives and hold line management responsible for achieving these by a process of continuous control & monitoring.

5 Base Jack Jacks UNIVERSAL JACK The 57 kn capacity Universal Screw jack has an adjustable range of over mm. It is manufactured from 38 mm outside diameter steel tube with a rolled square thread for fast trouble free operation. The jack can be used either at the top or the bottom of the verticle standard.
