Project Management Implementing and managing Prince 2 Project Management Systems for projects. Identifying and liaising with key project stake holders, such as the Client, Municipalities, Catchment Management Authorities, Environmental Protection Authority, Department of Primary Industries, Service Authorities and the Public Sector including preparation of a Communication Management Strategy. Identifying client and project objectives and establish key deliverables and timeframes. Establish Quality Management Systems to ensure that the project scope, cost and timeframes are identified, managed and controlled throughout the duration of the project. Risk Management including identifying risks, assessing risk through risk matrix, preparing a risk management plan, implementation and maintenance of the plan and continual communication with key QUALITY QUALITY CONTROL stakeholders. Ryan s project management, design and construction experience on a number of significant private and public projects has HEC well placed to ensure the successful delivery of projects of varying sizes in a safe and controlled manner. Before joining Heil Engineering Consultants, Joel worked for 4 years as a Civil Engineer with a private consultant in regional Victoria undertaking many roles including engineering design, project management and contract administration for the construction of subdivisional and land development projects and providing project management and engineering services to local municipal Councils. More recently Joel was employed for 2 years as a Construction Engineer with a global Engineering consultant in Geelong and was responsible for project management aspects of civil engineering and subdivisional construction works including contract administration, programming, tendering, on-site supervision and quality control. Before joining HEC Brenton has enjoyed employment with two large engineering companies in Melbourne s CBD, one in the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer, and was involved in design, drafting, financial analysis, project management and team coordination. 10 2013/2014 Swan Rural City Council Nyah West Pre-school Upgrade Tower Hill Stage 8: This project included the subdivision of 17 new lots in the latest stage at Tower Hill, Swan Hill. HEC was responsible for the feasibility, Planning, Detailed Design, Construction Administration and Supervision. Places Victoria Tower Hill Stages 9 &10: HEC has been assisting Places Victoria during the feasibility phase including preparation of conceptual layout plans and opinions of probable costs for the next two stages of Tower Hill Campaspe Shire Council Campaspe Bush Track HEC was responsible for the design of the Campaspe Bush track that runs along the Campaspe River in Rochester. The track was damaged during the recent floods and aim of the project was to reconstruct the track to meet Ausroad Standards including longitudinal grades, cross-section, clearances and other safety considerations. Baggots Bridge Renewal McGillivary Rd, Gunbower Feature Survey, Design and Documentation This project included feature survey, design and documentation for the repair of the existing Baggots Bridge including the reconstruction of bridge abutments and provision of the erosion control to protect the bridge from future flood events. This project also included liaison with relevant authorities such as Goulburn Murray Water and the Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA). Bridge Repair (BR551) Mt Terrick Rd, Mitiamo Feature Survey, Design and Documentation This project included feature survey, design and documentation for the repair of the existing Baggots Bridge including the reconstruction of bridge abutments and provision of the erosion control to protect the bridge from future flood events. This project also included liaison with relevant authorities such as Goulburn Murray Water and the Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA). Victoria Park, Echuca - Retaining Wall Repair Concept Design and Documentation This project included preparing a conceptual design for the repair of the existing retaining wall and bank that had been damaged and scoured during the recent floods. The project also included preparing a series of concepts designs exploring different options for protecting the bank and retaining wall against further damage and erosion whilst meeting all of the responsible water management authority requirements and Councils objectives. Kerb and Channel Upgrade Works, McKenzie Street Echuca Feature Survey, Design and Documentation This included full feature survey of the site for design purposes and the preparation of design documentation including longitudinal design and cross sections through the use of 12d modeling software for the proposed works including giving consideration to the existing road geometry. 11 Gannawarra Shire Benjaroop-Tresco Road Feature Survey, Design and Documentation This project includes feature survey, design and documentation for the proposed upgrade and realignment of the Benjaroop-Tresco Road (Rural Road, approximately 7km) located east of Lake Boga, Vic. This included the preparation of the horizontal design with super elevation, vertical design and pavement design to meet the Austroad Guidelines.
