We would recommend awarding the bid to 3 Angels Construction, who was the lowest bidder overall. TR:bd

6 Specifications For Curb & Gutter Installation General: The Tulsa County Highway Department- is requesting bids for the installation of standard curb & gutter sections, ODOT standard street returns, concrete ditch liners and varying width sidewalks throughout Tulsa County at their discretion for a one (1) year period. Tulsa County will furnish all r e.quired materials. All work and materials shall comply with the latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction published by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Costs: The vendor shall provide cost per linear foot for curb & gutter installed with a curb machine, cost per linear foot for curb & gutter installed by hand forming, cost per square foot for street returns, sidewalks and ditch liners. These costs shall include all necessarv labor; equipment, fuel and forms to complete the work. Timing: The projects will be on an as needed basis. Vendor shall begin work within ten (10) days after scheduling work with Tulsa County. Assistance: Tulsa County will provide any required grading assistance to the contractor during each project. Tulsa County will provide all required traffic control. Working hours shall be coordinated with Tulsa County prior to each project beginning. Insurance: Vendor shall carry and keep in force at all times standard liability and worker's compensation insurance.
