The concrete roof of one structure will be raised to prevent storm water inundation and internal cracks of the utility vault will be sealed to prevent water intrusion. A new dirt access road and concrete crane pad will be installed at the second structure to establish access for maintenance. A metal platform with handrails will be installed on the concrete riser of the utility vault and a temporary pedestrian bridge will be manufactured for access over the creek channel. Both locations will also require vegetation clearing and concrete service pads installed at grad around the structures. Both work locations have surface water present year-round and contain sensitive habitat. Feb. 12, 2020 April 16, 2020
