1 City of Wheat Ridge Building Valuation Data Effective 12/1/2014 Project valuation shall include the value of all work, includiing foundation work, structural and non-structural components, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and interior finish materials. Project valuation shall be calculated by the Building Division based on the data provided below.
