1 based in Tianjin Daqiuzhuang Industrial area mainly manufactures SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) Steel Pipes, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Steel Pipes, and Galvanized Steel Pipes with 600,000 tons annual production capability. Seamless (SMLS) Steel Pipes and LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) Steel Pipes are also supplied to the international market. Being ensured by strict quality control system, our products possess high qualities and have been widely applied in gas, water and oil transport, construction and structural piling, oil refinery industries as well as offshore project works internationally. Nolite Steel Co., Ltd. has reached its business to Brazil, Iran, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, U.A.E., USA, etc. Nolite Steel Co., Ltd. aims for continuous growth and further worldwide development by optimizing its products and services. 2 SSAW Steel Pipes Spiral Sub-merged Arc Welded (SSAW) Steel Pipes are manufactured by using tandem welding technique for joining inside and outside coil edges, which have been trimmed and beveled by carbide milling for high quality weld structure. Welding of hot rolled steel coils takes spiral form after passing through performing and forming rolls SSAW Steel Pipes are widely used in oil, natural gas, water and other flammable & nonflammable liquid conveyance and distribution pipelines, steel structures for construction and other general purposes by means of their wide size range. ASTM A252 AWWA C-200 EN EN ERW Steel Pipes Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Steel Pipes are made from strips of hot-rolled steel which are passed through forming rolls and welded into various wall thicknesses and grade levels. ERW Steel Pipes are widely applied in liquid delivery, petroleum and natural gas industries, oil transportation, and pressured technical delivery conditions. 3 Galvanized Steel Pipes Galvanized Steel Pipes are processed by which steel plates are immersed into molten bath of zinc either by the hot-dipping process or electrolytic deposition process. Then, the two metals are chemically bound to each other which results in a more resistant, longer lasting version of steel. Galvanized pipes resist water corrosion, chemical reaction from salt or harsh wind and equally effective for dry indoor use as well. The zinc coat protects from corrosion and is useful for long-term structural performance, tough outdoor applications and interior plumbing. It is also referred to as galvanized iron pipe. Galvanized Steel Pipes Scaffolding Tube Scaffolding is a temporary structure used to support people and material in the construction or repair of buildings and other large structures including Material Storage Racks, Pallets, Hydraulic Platforms, Trusses, Columns, Purlines, Greenhouse Stands Towers, Agricultural Equipment and so on. 4 Seamless Steel Pipes Seamless Steel Pipe (SMLS) is made from a solid round steel 'billet' which is heated and then pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow tube. SMLS steel pipes are suitable for the industries of oil, natural gas, ship building, chemical, environmental protection, boiler, water conservancy, etc. API 5CT ASTM A106 ASTM A179 ASTM A192 DIN 1629 DIN LSAW Steel Pipes Longitudinal Submerge-Arc Welded (LSAW) Steel Pipes are made from steel plates cut from leveled hot rolled coils by both the JCOE and UOE (the forming process in which the plate like the letter "J", "C", "O" or "U" shape, then expansion) forming processes. Longitudinal edges of the plates are then tack welded followed by internal and external welds. Pipes manufactured by this process are subjected to expanding operation in order to relieve internal stresses and obtain a perfect dimensional tolerance. LSAW Steel Pipes are widely used in onshore and offshore oil and gas pipelines requiring critical service, high performance and tight tolerances. LSAW pipe are also used in conveyance of flammable & nonflammable liquids, and as structural members in construction projects.
