This project includes the following elements: A. Construction of new facilities:

Kharas Distribution Pipeline (4.5 km) 5. Nuba Distribution Pipeline (0.1 km) 6. Hitta Distribution Pipeline (0.2 km) 7. Beit Ula Distribution Pipeline (0.2 km) C. Improving existing water reservoirs: 1. Nuba Existing Reservoir 2. Surif Existing Reservoir 3. Kharas Existing Reservoir D. Rehabilitation of existing transmission pipeline: 1. 3 -3- Construction of Tubas, Aqqaba, Tayasir Water Supply Project LOCATION: JENIN-TUBAS OWNER: PALESTINIAN WATER AUTHORITY. FINANCE: AFD CLIENT: PALESTINIAN WATER AUTHORITY VALUE: 3,098,116$ STARTING ON: 2016 ENDING ON: 3/2017 DURATION: 12-MONTHS The project area is located in Tubas District and incorporating works in Tubas, Aqqaba and Tayaseer. The project aims to develop and enhance the water supply service to residents of these communities. The works in each of the abovementioned communities include the followings:

4 -4-1- Tubas Water System: Supply and installation of about 280m Ductile iron pipe 100mm diameter and about 5.7km of HDPE of diameter 63mm as replacement and extension of main pipelines. Supply and installation of about 10km of HDPE of diameters 32mm and 25mm as connecting pipelines to residential buildings. Supply and installation of about 3,500 prepaid water meters. Supply and installation of Vending Station with all required ITs equipments and units and softwares. 2- Aqqaba Water System Supply and installation of about 1,910m DIP of diameter 100mm and about 1.84km of HDPE of diameter 63mm as replacement and extension main pipelines. Supply and installation of about 2.25km of HDPE of diameters 32mm and 25mm as connecting pipelines to residential buildings. Construction of fiberglass ready-made water tanks of 50m3 capacity Construction of new booster station including civil and electromechanical works. Supply and installation of about 1,200 prepaid water meters. Supply and installation of Vending Station with all required ITs equipments and units and softwares. 3- Tayaseer Water System Supply and installation of about 1.5km of DIP 100mm and about 8.9km of HDPE of diameter 63mm as new pipelines. Supply and installation of about 7km of HDPE of diameters 32mm and 25mm as connecting pipelines to residential buildings. Supply and installation of about 700 prepaid water meters. Supply and installation of Vending Station with all required ITs equipments and units and softwares.

5 -5- Southwest Nablus Water Supply Villages and Azawya Network LOCATION: NABLUS OWNER: PALESTINIAN WATER AUTHORITY. FINANCE: USAID CLIENT: IRD VALUE: $7,648, STARTING ON: 2013 ENDING ON: 9/2014 DURATION: 15-MONTH This project consists of supplying and installing approximately 10 Km of transmission pipelines to connect the existing Burin reservoir with the three new

6 -6- reservoirs; construct three new water storage reservoirs, 500m3 each, in Madama, Asira Al Qibliya and Urif villages and construct three new water distribution networks in Madama, Asira Al Qibliya, and Urif Villages including furnishing complete the house connection for the three villages. The period of performance for Project 1. Southwest Nablus Villages is (450) Days, the Period of performance for Project 2, Az Zawieh Network is (300) Days

7 -7- Regional Wastewater Disposal Tulkarem - LOT 2 LOCATION: TULKAREM OWNER: JSC- TULKAREM MUNCIPALITY. FINANCE: KFW. CLIENT: GAMMA & AL MUTAHEDA COMPANY VALUE: 2,807,037$ STARTING ON: 2013 ENDING ON: 1/2014 DURATION: 24- MONTHS Tulkarem project composed of (23) Km of concrete and PVC pipes with diameters, 300, 400,500,600,700, and 1000mm lines, the works of this projects includes also the construction of pump station, septic receiving and storage facility, screening plant, grit chamber and administration building and a new sewage pumping station at the site of old wastewater treatment plant.

8 -8- "Well Flow Monitoring Project" LOCATION: WEST BANK OWNER: WEST BANK WATER DEPARTMENT FINANCE: USAID CLIENT: CDMSMITH VALUE: $659, STARTING ON: 2013 ENDING ON: 8/2014 DURATION: 12-MONTHS The Work to be performed under this task order consists of construction of a well flow monitoring system for 48 potable water wells located at sites throughout the West Bank and transmission of the flow monitoring data to a central control room

9 -9- to be located in the West Bank Water Department s (WBWD) operations headquarters in the City of Ramallah. Figures F1 and F2 show the project location in terms of the WBWD operations headquarters and the 48 wells. The 48 project wells are located throughout the West Bank; in the District Governances of; Bethlehem, Hebron, Jenin, Nablus, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Tubas, and Tulkarem. The flow monitoring and data transmission will be accomplished through the provision of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.

10 -10- Qabatiya Well Pump Station & Qabatiya Conveyance LOCATION: JENIN-QABATIYA OWNER: PALESTINIAN WATER AUTHORITY. FINANCE: USAID CLIENT: CDMSMITH VALUE: $3,353, STARTING ON: 2013 ENDING ON: 3/2016 DURATION: 34-MONTHS This project consists of constructing, installing and equipping a new pump station for the existing Qabatiya Well. In addition, the project includes installing a conveyance system that connects Qabatiya Well to Al Zababida junction.

Construction of the Infrastructure facilities of Rawabi city; Backbone, Wet utilities, and Reservoirs. a. Phase I: Including Water system, and pumping layouts, Wastewater pipelines, irrigation system, and drainage system. Works including construction of Concrete tank; 5000m3 each, construction of steel pipes, concrete pipes, and UPVC pipes for diameter up to DN500mm. b.phase II: Works include the construction of treated water pumping station, drinking water pumping station, including PLC control, switch gears, and electrical panels.

Construction of 6 with amount of 3880m & 620 m 4 water main line and 1000m3 Ground Reservoir in Surif Hebron District. In addition to construction of manholes for washout & air release valve chambers & gate valve & pressures reducing valve.

All reservoirs included the construction of washout manholes, construction of main connections, air valves, gate valves, and house connections.

VALUE: $ 3,350,000 STARTING ON: EARLIER ENDING ON: 2/2010 DURATION: 12-MONTHS The work included the construction of steel structures, overhead crane, installing high voltage transformers, and power lines, construction of power panels, electricity & power cables, Installation and commissioning of machines, and fabrication of machine foundations. This is a unique project in Palestine and considered as a private investment of the main shareholders of Arab Brothers
