2 ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS FOR ADDENDUM NO. 1 NOTICE TO PROPOSERS: A. This Addendum shall be considered part of the contract documents for the above-mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original contract documents, this Addendum shall govern and take precedence. B. Proposers are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments in their estimate on account of this Addendum. It will be construed that each Proposer s proposal is submitted with full knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified therein. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on the proposal form. Failure to do so may subject Proposer to disqualification. Item 1: To the Project Manual, Section , Communications Cabling 1) To item 1.01, add the following items: a. All network electronics, except for the hardened switches, shall be by owner. Contractors shall utilize existing ports on all switches prior to utilizing new switching equipment. b. All electrical work required for the exterior pole mounted cameras shall be by owner. c. Contractor shall provide new data cabling to new IP locations and Analog locations only. Do not provide cabling to camera locations identified as existing IP to remain. 2) To item 1.03.A, replace with the following: Alternate 01 Contractor shall include the cost for the complete removal of the abandoned coaxial cabling at all identified analog camera locations. Contractor shall remove all coaxial cabling and termination hardware. 3) To item 2.06.A, replace with the following: Contractor shall provide a new 48-port patch panel to each telecom room identified on the drawings with exception to the following: All ancillary buildings including ticket booths, concession stands, transportation, warehouses, and standalone gymnasium IDF rooms shall receive the 24-port patch panel. 4) To item 2.06.B.1, Add Leviton, Category 6, 24-port flat face, pre-terminated. 5) To item 2.09, add the following: All other exterior conduits, outside plant connectivity and wireless connectivity shall be by owner. 6) To item 2.12, add the following as item 2.12.C: All other network electronics shall be provided by owner. AD No 1, Tech. Item 2: To the Project Manual, Section , Video Surveillance 1) To item 1.01.E add: Contractors who encounter a discrepancy between the cameras on the plans and the associated matrix will follow the Matrix to resolve all conflicts in regards to counts, types etc. 2) To item 2.05.A add Panasonic & Hikvision 3) To item 2.05.B.10 - Delete vehicle counting and object tracking Technology Items for Page 1 of 2

Item 3: To the Drawings, T2.1, Alto Loma Elementary Camera Schedule, 1) Added Camera #26 to the Camera Schedule as an existing IP camera. The camera shall be left in place. No modifications required. AD No 1, Tech. Item 4: To the Drawings, T2.2.C, Central High School Camera Schedule Part C, 1) Change the camera types to C5 for the following line items: a , , 103, AD No 1, Tech.
