2 Our Story The Garrett Company is a subsidiary of Awnex, Inc. Awnex is a trusted supplier of architectural metal products for many high end brands, and has completed tens of thousands of projects. It is with the knowledge gained through this body of work that TGC was born. Our systems have been thoroughly field tested for their durability and performance, and we now confidently offer our products through a Dealer Network. 1

3 The Next Generation of Architectural Metal Systems Is based on TCG s own "Bolt-On" technology, that simplifies the scope of work on a construction site, by allowing for a more straight forward and easier installation process. Our experience is that General Contractor s want turn-key solutions for their projects. TGC offers their products through local Dealers that can offer a complete package, including installation. TGC provides the engineering & manufacturing, while TGC Dealers do all of the on-site work. 2

4 Our Products Seattle Canopies are a upper supported system with innovative flexibility to provide rain protection. These canopies can be built with a front gutter and scuppers, or with a back gutter and downspouts to drain water. This is a mechanical system with hidden fasteners, that is easily installed and can be field fitted if necessary. Seattle Canopies are also available with different face options, and integrated LED lighting. 3

5 Our Phoenix System is a beautifully designed open frame trellis system that provides protection from the elements with optional in-fill panels. These all aluminum constructed trellis's give any building an ultra modern look. Other options include; Powder coated finishes, flat or open channel face options (8, 10 and 12 high), and integrated LED lighting. A Phoenix Trellis is easy to install and can be field fitted if necessary. 4

6 The Colorado provides protective covering from sun or rain, and is a canopy system with a soffit paneled bottom that can accept can lights. These canopies are built with a commercial grade aluminum extrusion with hidden fasteners. Choose between multiple face options, powder coated (AAMA 2604) or Kynar (AAMA 2605) finishes, to accent your building and brand. Standard upper support rods are 1-1/4 diameter, and heavy duty rods are available upon request. 5

7 A Hollywood Sunscreen is an effective system that is perfect for obscuring rooftop equipment, or as decorative wall panels for added curb appeal on any property, and to further enhance the look of other TGC products. These aluminum constructed sunscreens are offered with multiple cladding options, and can be applied in multiple orientations and angles to achieve a custom appearance. A Hollywood Sunscreen is a great finishing touch. 6

8 A Caribbean Shutter can take even the most mundane structure and instantly transform its look into a place of interest. These shutters provide functional shade and are often used as a branding feature. Other features include; Commercial grade aluminum extrusion construction. 9 The Tuscany system provides an inviting protective covering for outdoor patio spaces. It is an open frame trellis system with post and beam supports. It can accept multiple styles of drop-in Infill panels that can provide either sun or rain protection. Other features include; Commercial grade aluminum extrusion construction. Mechanical system with hidden fasteners. Many face options. Integrated LED lighting options. Powder coated (AAMA 2604) or Kynar (AAMA 2605) finishes. 8

10 Additional Information TGC metal systems are pre-engineered and can typically handle 130 MPH wind loads, and 30 lbs per Sq. Ft. snow loads. Higher loads are easily achievable with up-graded attachment hardware. With this high level of engineering and manufacturing, we rarely have to custom design our systems to satisfy local codes.
