2 PROGRESS UPDATE Rien Construction (General Contractor) Placed rebar, anchor bolts and concrete for footings and piers for areas A and C Formed, placed wire mesh and rebar and placed the concrete slab on deck for the second floor of area B Graded, placed the stone base, vapor barrier and wire mesh for the slab on grade in the gym locker rooms and area D storage room Placed subgrade insulation around perimeter walls at the connector and backfilled with stone Installed and backfilled geofoam along the north exterior wall for area C Installed forms and stone base for area C slab on grade Installed temporary fall protection around the second floor or area B and the area C slab on deck Graded asphalt millings for the temporary construction entrance and laydown area on the west side of the site Started excavating and grading for the new elevator area Graded and placed stone base for the courtyard DSL Excavating (Sitework Subcontractor) Excavated for footings and piers for areas A and C Backfilled behind the area C basement wall Graded and reseeded the topsoil stockpile Etzel Masonry (Masonry Subcontractor) Placed CMU backup, rebar and grouted walls around the gym and the mechanical room Continued installing split face block on area C and D Sprayed air barrier on the block walls around the area C basement Finished installing block at the area B stair tower Patched around the joist pockets for the area C slab on deck Ferguson-Steel (Steel Erection Subcontractor) Installed second floor decking, roof joists and roof decking for area B Started installing columns, beams and roof joists for the first floor of area C Emerick Masonry (Concrete Subcontractor) Placed and finished the concrete slab on grade and second floor slab on deck at area B Placed and finished the slab on grade for the area C basement Grafton Construction (Interiors Subcontractor) Installed wood blocking for doors on the west side of area C SRI Roofing (Roofing Subcontractor) Installed perimeter safety around the area B roof Merit Electrical Group (Electrical Contractor) Installed underground conduits from the area C electrical room to areas A, B, C & D Installed conduit MC cable and boxes in the basement of area C Vrabel Plumbing (Plumbing Contractor) Installed underground storm and sanitary piping in areas C and D Tied-in the relocated waterline serving the Middle School Lugaila Mechanical (HVAC Contractor) Delivered office and storage trailers Hranec Sheet Metal (Sheet Metal Subcontractor) Started hanging ductwork for the first floor of area B
